Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bedroom in Cabin 12 Oceanside smelt like pee, which wasn’t pleasant

If I had to make a comment I would have appreciated a full length mirror in the cabin.
The location was perfect across the road from the beach. The pathways for our morning walks was flat so good for all age groups. Bowling club next door for a great meal. Clean and tidy couldn’t complain about anything. I’m not usually a person to stay in a cabin but will definitely be back, it was a great getaway.

If I have to say anything, it would only be a side mention of a wee bit of dust on areas not used regularly, but that's just me being picky. To be honest, really should be focussing on the bigger picture of how great everything else is and enjoying the getaway, not worrying about a bit of dust!
Location can't be beaten. The cabin faced the beach so dappled sunrises, sunsets viewed from the verandah - though through the trees. Literally amble across the road to the beach, or take a walk along the walking path with the locals for a bit of exercise. It's a quick drive into town if you need anything, and the beautiful scenery in the area and region is well worth investigating. Quiet, comfortable and the added bonus of lovely staff at the office. So much to like - well worth the stay.

Our cabin was next to the pool, so at night the noise of the pool filter was a bit annoying. Fine for heavier sleepers, but not great for light sleepers. Just a relatively minor thing, though.
Location - amazing, clean, comfortable beds, plenty of room for a weekend getaway, and the communication around check-in time was really useful

The floors were not clean or mopped properly. Had no coffee table.
The cabin was well presented and clean with the exception of the floor. Cabin contained everything you woul need. Great location. Price a little high and hard to book in due to the demand.

Three nights was hardly enough but........ Disappointed with the narrow streets all around the towns, cluttered with building contractors, as we are used to wide open spaces and low traffic.
Location great, marvelous sounds of surf at night, close to shopping centre and adjoining towns.

My husband and I travelled with our adult son, and it was a bit squishy the three of us. But otherwise all good!
The location is unbeatable! Right across from the beach. The front verandah and BBQ area were great too. Excellent value for money.

Cabins could have been better maintained, the property lacked any facilities, jumping pillow was gone much to my kids disappointment, the playground was terrible.

I should have checked the access to the bottom bunk bed - it was a bit tight for an adult to use - but for 2 nights it was ok.
I just love the area and the holiday park suits my needs while away from home - Love it :)

Our cottage was in need of an update, it sleeps 5 but crockery & cutlery has been depleted over time. I pulled out a blanket when the night cooled and it was dirty. One of the white bath towels was also dirty. There are lots of signs telling you all the rules and extra charges, including washing the dishes but no dishwashing supplies.
Awesome location on the beach. Our quaint little cottage had a large verandah to enjoy the morning sunshine with a nice cup of tea and relaxed afternoon drinks. Really well located for visiting the many beautiful beaches and neighbouring towns in the area.

Wifi. Chose this accommodation because it had free wifi. Couldn’t connect to email, games, Netflix etc. had to play solitaire for 3 days

Not much, the weather was overcast, the sea was rough but who cares.
Not much else to say. Proximity to the beach, quality of accomodation all contributed to the enjoyment of the stay.
