This is the second time we are staying here so we are familiar. The location is just right. It is a busy street and there is a lot of noise, but the windows provide good insulation. Ac worked great.

Bathroom is ok if you are traveling with close family but door only slides to close, can’t be locked and there is a small gap. Internet speed very slow.

Location was great, balcony was nice to enjoy coffee in the quiet.

The property wanted to charged us 40 KM for parking, although it was written on the Booking.com, it was for free. They just prove, if we were to pay that. The price for parking was not ok I think. Finally they give it is for free.

Collecting keys was difficult as the host did not provide us with any information before the check in day, and didn't respond to our message. Eventually other guests let us in and gave us wifi access to call the owner.

The apartment is very unique with a special old charm. It was clean and well equipped. The location is just perfect. I highly recommend it for a short or longer stay in Sarajevo.

I had a lovely experience with my stay, everything was as describe and better. It is very close to main attractions, all accessable by foot or tram should you need the accessiblity. I would highly recommend this accomodation and visit to Sarajevo. A beautiful city filled with culture, great food and the lovliest people.

The flat smelled bad. The pipes and the toilet smelled even worse after flushing. The shower and the tiles around it were not cleaned properly and it was fully covered by scale. We got 1 towel less and even though we asked for it, it never arrived. We did not have enough bedsheets upon arrival though we managed to get it. Smaller towels were made by cutting a normal towel into half. Toilet seat is broken. Water heating did not always turn on when having a shower despite several trials. I needed to finish my hairwash with full cold water. We were not able to park close by, needed to pay for parking in a hotel 1 km away.

The first thing we saw in the room - A COCKROACH. Almost everything you touch just falls apart - the fridge door came off, closet handles, shower head. Then there were no bed sheets, no pillow case for a second bed. Overall the concept of the place is very nice, but people who run it seem to not care about the experience the guests get. P.S. on pictures it looks better than in real life.

The host was nice to us, was trying to help.

The room has very basic equipment. It had a certain not pleasent smell to it (similare to places where smoking is allowed). The balcony was rather dirty, and so was the carpet and floor towel. It looked like it hadent been cleaned for some time. The owner was away the first day so she unfortunately didnt do anything to have it cleaned. The next day she wanted to help but we already cleaned it, none the less she didnt offer a disscount or something. All in all its a good deal, would be better if it was clean.

- Owner was entering our apartment to access the terrace when we were out. It was not agreed with us before, and we didn't give our permission to open our apartment when we are away. Huge invasion of privacy. - Wifi not working. - Owner hard to communicate in English.
