You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Lady was lovey. Brought a kettle to my room. But didn't get much sleep as the gogo bar below served the Irish travellers drink to 2.30 am and wasn't getting asleep to after 4am . They were banging our doors at 4am singing and squealing get up . There was young children afraid and 2 old ladies didn't get sleep either (this was for 3 night's thankfully the last 2 nights i got some sleep becuse they went home) . I wouldn't recommend this place if you are going with young children or if you want to sleep at night . The gogo bar below staff are very ignorant so wouldn't recommend there for food (sat half hour waiting to for my order to be taken and still didn't get anyone come take my order so I left and went for food else were ) seems to be all irish travellers stay there so I wouldn't stay again as there very noisy & ignorant. I'm irish aslo but iv respect for other people. . I cant fault the hotel staff but as iv already said the gogo bar and travellers ruined my time at the place . Was going to leave and stay at a friend's apartment but thanks be to god they went home a few days before I did. No respect . Medjegorje isn't a party place that they think it is . Feel sorry for the owners of the guardian . Only thing good for me was it was close by to the church
