We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

NetherlandsSome things were too expensive - €25 for a pilates session and €45 for breakfast. The hotel is on lots of different levels and is not very accessible for those in wheelchairs.
Beautifully designed and maintained hotel with great facilities. The beds were nice and the room very sound proof. The park surrounding the hotel is lovely for walks. We enjoyed the free coffee and water.

NetherlandsThe bathroom had a glass dividing wall and the glass door didn’t even stay closed (so it’s not ideal for people who don’t know each other well!) The bistro was pleasant but expensive for what we had. We ordered 2 espressos and were charged €19.
Beautifully decorated and luxurious hotel. The staff were great and the room was spacious. The hotel is nicely located on a park so it’s great to have a long walk before the using the spa and then dinner.

A great stay as always at the Butte aux Bois, and very difficult to leave after only one night! The hotel is immaculate and beautiful, the spa is pristine and relaxing, and the staff are extremely courteous and attentive. The perfect hotel.

BelgiumMake sure you don’t have a room in “The Villa”. The door quality is totally not matched with the hotel’s rating. They slam and make a lot of noise. Especially if there is a wedding at the venue. You can hear everyone during the night entering and leaving. Even if they try to be quiet. The soundproofing is worthless. The rest of the room is super.

Woodland location was ideal for long dog walks. Spa treatments (thx Barbara!) were fantastic, and spa itself is in a gorgeous modern building with pool. Restaurant El Ciel was also fantastic loved our meal. Lobby and all communal areas make such an impression 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very welcoming and comfortable. The staff went out of their way on both visits to make sure that my two small dogs and I were happy - the beds, bowls and treats for my dogs were much appreciated. My meals were truly delicious and as it happens, I had room service during my stay - all perfect and on time, including early breakfasts.

Beautiful location with a friendly and professional "onthaal" incl. a short tour of the facilities. The porter takes your luggage to the room and valet parking.
