Fantastic location right on the sea. Easy walk to Old Town. We were lucky to be poolside. Pavelina, our host, was amazing. Arranged ride to train station for us when we left and helpful little tips about the area. Great start to our vacation.

there was nothing that we didn’t like. amazing location, with everything close by and not noisy at all.

the apartment was part of the hotel, so all facilities were accessible for us. the apartment was cleaned regularly, with clean bedding and towels provided, which we weren’t expecting, so that was a nice surprise. so close to the beach which was perfect.

direct access to the beach, a lot of shops, restaurants and markets close by. Daily cleaning by very nice cleaning ladies. Receptionist and manager very helpful, always willing to accommodate us with any requests we had.

We were somewhat disappointed after requesting a mere additional 2 hrs stay on departure day to be told it wasn't possible. We felt after the drama and extreme inconvenience this should have been facilitated.

The apartment was spacious and clean. However during a terrifying thunderstorm it began to flood from the balcony and the air conditioning units were making a frightening rattling noise. Eventually we had the inconvenience of packing up and transferring to another apartment. Meggy (the receptionist)was fantastic - she and 2 other ladies took basins and towels and tried to scoop the water out from balcony and dry inside.the apartment.

Noise. In the evening we had a choice between keeping windows closed with air conditioning on, in which case the two outside air-conditioning units located in our own balcony made a huge noise, or leave windows open and listen to the loud music from a nearby restaurant.

Perfect location on the beach. Swimming pool small, but whole area around it quite cozy, plenty of sunbeds and a great "base" to leave your clothes before going for a swim in the sea. There was cleaning every day (not a standard these days) and sheets and towels were changed very frequently.

A door to the sleeping room was twisted, thus requiring a strong arm to open and close it properly. No mosquito nets in the balcony doors and windows. No frying pan, bowls and large mugs in the kitchenette.

Nice location - distant from the main road and close to the beach. . Friendly, English and Russian-speaking staff. Quite well equipped flat. Not far from the Old Town and a short walk from Otec Paisiy St. with shops and bars.

The apartment is located right at the top of the beach, with superb views. The A/C helped as it was hot, the kitchen was fully equipped and cleaning was done daily.

There were two bathrooms but we couldn't use them at the same time because of the temperature of the water constantly changing.

The location is very convenient and close to shops and restaurants. The view was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was no free parking for me at the hotel area and I had to leave my car at a paid parking. It was only 50 meters away and there was a prearanged discount.

it could have been cleaner. The floors were sandy. They had a weird room cleaning too: they made the beds, cleaned the trash, but left the sandy floors untouched

The room was spacious and well maintained. neutral pleasant color. had all the things listed. Great hotel location right by the sea, minutes from old town. Overall I'd say 4/5 and definitely would recommend the place

The apartment was great. It has all the needed, including a washing machine and a hairdryer. It's suitable for 4 guests - a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment was comfortable and in a great location. It's near South Beach, and there are many restaurants around. The Old Nessebar is within walking distance via a coastal street. There is a pool, which is suitable also for kids. The staff is very polite and helpful.

* While the apartment was rather clean, the area around the pool was not. Wasn't that much of a problem, since the beach was very much clean and really close to the complex.

* Great support from the host who was able to quickly solve any problem I had * Fantastic location, very close to beach (2 mins) and close to Nessebar Old Town (12 minutes walk) * Really quiet for most of my stay (only Saturday night was a little bit noisy, but that's to be expected) * Fantastic quality to price ratio

Mirage Apartments represents the best value you can have for the money to stay closer to the beach and to sleep every night listening the "music" of the waves. :) The apartament was very clean and the host was incredible. We will return for sure as a regular customer. Congrats to the manager!

There was no parking for the car! I mean, they gave us a location for another parking lot that was accessible to us with a note from the hotel, but we could have at least some discount for the parking lot, after all, we were guests of the hotel and I think we got a discount for parking a car!

Everything was very wonderful! Our Apartment was clean throughout our stay, this was important for us as I was with my children and a small baby! There were many restaurants and shops around so the location is great!
