When you check in you have to walk past the toilets to get to the room which really need an outer door as it always smelt of wee as you pass which is less than 15 meters away to the restaurant not appetising they were cleaned regular but still there was a pungent smell also the pool area could do with a revamp new sun beds as they felt very old and saggy!! And a new lock of paint around the pool to make it more inviting very few tv channels to with no kids options even tho a kids area is at the hotel

Food was terrible. Luke warm, reheated chips & not much variation. Majority of it was the same daily. Had to eat out everyday.

Not friendly staff, big problem with parking! That was the worst! You pay 10 leva per day for parking, but you never know if you go somewhere with your car will you be able to find a space after that when you are back! Parking for 20 cars, but actually the cars are 25 which means that they blocking each other!!

Food was terrible, no diversity of the dishes, just horrible taste and it was not what you would have expected for a holiday. Overall, the advertising is misleading. It is not a 4 star, it is between 2-3 stars as a maximum.

Everything was perfect

Location is fantastic. Breakfast is fairly standard across the board but kept us happy. The staff are absolutely fantastic. We travelled for our wedding and chose to stay in Colloseum. We had a few personal issues and the hotel were great at accomodating and assisting us with our problems. With a smile on their face always, they really made our stay great.

Swimming pool is without security or CCTV cameras. There is no Life guard. On our last day four our towels were stolen at the swimming pool. Therefore need more security!

Breakfast is rich but there is no beef or chicken! Those who don't eat pork or ham walk out hungry.

Food was a COMPLETE DISASTER. The first 3 days there was no buffet, onluy 1 piece of toast toasted from 1 side only, 1 egg and 2 pieces of bacon and 2 slices of tomatoes. No fluent in English.

Worst place where I been in my life. Rude staff members. When we get there after 10 h drive at 1:30 they said we have to wait til 2 to check in. At 2 when we went back they told us the room in not ready... We went insidethe room at 3:15. We wanted to talk with a manager. There was no manager only administrator and she was rude as well. When I spoke to her about my problems she asked me if I want to get money back and go to an other hotel? 😳 Also the kitchen staff. They kicked us out from the dining area. The food is 2* not 4* hotel quality! Like everything! TV old school, fridhe not working, slow lift. We won't go back again for sure. Is embarrassing what they doing. Take my advise and look for an other place!

The only 2 good things about this hotel. The swimming pool and is very close to the beach.

It was not First line and not a sea view. Another Hotel ahead of our windows instead of sea. Cleanness room very poor. Food not successful because cold always, no any preheating done in time.

Great location near beach near centre but in quiet area Great breakfast.For dinner I had thick lentil soup salad and on main plate one third caserolle with peas one third caserolle with green beans and one third baked potatoes Than a fruit plate .Nice staff.Good rooms Nice architecture of building Even a swimming pool.Enviromentally friendly Clean place We both from Slovakia liked it.

The guy at the bar was very good but he was alone and working all day. When he takes break, the guests were waiting too much.

Its ok for its price. The location was great. The pool is good fot Bulgarian standards.

Worst experience ever. Naşpa cam nasol. Evitã. - Food - no diversity, almost everyday the same and not fresh. What you eat in the morning they use it in the afternoon and what is left they mixed it for evening. You have to wait in the queue to get served by them. Not allowed 🚫 to export food outside 🚫 of the dining room. - Not Clean - we stayed 5 nights and only 1 time the maid moped the floor and thats it. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels ourselves. In some rooms the smell is awful mainly the one's with carpet. - Staff - very rude, they speak almost no English just Russian. Only at reception you can find someone to speak english. - Pool Bar - you can order drinks there but sometimes its awful. The beer half water, the wine feels like medicine .The guy speaks English though. - internet - almost no wi-fi in the rooms. It has no password so the security is non. Do not send bank details or do transactions on this becouse anybody can steal your details. - Parking - you have to pay. 10 lev a day. You won't get a parking spot maybe. You will park somewhere near the hotel on the street.

- Location - the only good thing. Its not far from the beach.

1. Very bad general condition of the hotel. It’s not well maintained and I assume these fours stars were given to the hotel not less than 20 years ago. 2. The restaurant is very, very, very really dirty and disgusting. The food is oily and questionable in general. 3. The pool is shady most of the day and also quite dirty. Maybe this is why nobody uses it. 4. The staff is bad. 5. It says there is gym in the hotel. Please, never ask to see it. This is the most terrifying place you will see. For sure don’t waste baggage space for gym clothes like we did.

The only good thing was the location. Rest is pretty bad.

Very overpriced for what it offers! Incompetent staff at reception- one of them didn't speak Bulgarian well and tried to rip us off for an upgrade to the room. When we spoke to another colleague of hers the next day she gave us a totally different estimate. Then when we asked for towels for the pool they said there were none, but you could see the clean towels right behind them. Poor. No mini bar in the room, no coffee or tea, no kettle. Low pressure on the shower and no hot water at certain times. One lift ONLY that you have to wait for for over 5 minutes each time. The coffee outside by the pool was gross because it was made with milk powder. On top of that, you have to pay for it and it ain't cheap.

The staff in the restaurant was rude and not respectful towards some of the guests. The food was disgusting where during our stay we even found mold on the bread. Do not pick the All inclusive package- it’s not worth your money - you will be left disappointed and end up overall dissatisfied like us. Honestly I will Not recommend the place nor visit again.

The location is great. It’s on the second line - right next to the beach and very close to the central pedestrian street with all the restaurants and other attractions. The view from the last floor (7th) was great and the staff did a great job in keeping our room clean every day of our stay.
