A little away from the center but you can use "yellow" taxi (like "uber") and jist for 14-15 lv to reach everywhere! Restorant didn't work and can not order a coffee (even receptionist offer to make one free at the morning)

The fact that the staff congregated on a table in the restaurant and all smoked despite me eating. The menu was only in Bulgarian and not a word spoken in English by the staff. As a hotel advertised as close to the airport,(and the price reflects this as there are cheaper hotels central), a little English speaking would be helpful.

Smoking is still allowed in the restaurant and it causes a lingering smell of cigarettes throughout the premises Perhaps smoking is allowed in some of the rooms too because there was a residual smell of cigarettes in our room although it was booked as non-smoking

The hotel is old, in need of urgent maintenance as most of the things are worn out.

For a low budget hotel is not bad as you don't expect much. The staff was helpful from the check in to the guard who made us coffee early in the morning when we waited for our taxi. The manager was also helpful when needed to stop the party going on in the restaurant downstairs.

Bad view from the window, overpriced for the quality as everything in Bulgaria, the power outlets give some slow electricity, takes forever to even charge the phone, employees smoke in the restaurant downstairs, unacceptable

The soap and shampoo provided wasn't enough. Also, we found hair in the sheets that didn't belong to us. The decoration is quite old fashioned and the children weren't provided with towels. Also, the lift is very small and had to go up and dow a few times to be able to bring all our stuff upstairs.

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and location was convenient as it is near the airport. Considering how affordable the price was we are very happy with the service provided.

Even though my room was non-smoking, I could smell the cigarettes right away despite the efforts to eliminate the smell by various fragrances. Most likely it used to be allowed to smoke in the past and people were smoking heavily inside. Walls would need to painted again to get rid of it I guess.

Nice and friendly staff. I got much bigger room than I expected. It had a big washroom and was clean. Check-in in the middle of the night was not a problem. Included breakfast was simple but enough.
