There was minibar in the hotel room, they was offering cold drinks and water , which is cool. We have opened one of the watter bottle, and when i was checking out they checked the room, and they said that i have opened the second one aswell, which i DİD NOT! İ have paid extra water which i did not use. Staff is not so friendly. Especially the guy at the reception when i was checking out, he didn't even listen to me what i'm saying. Bad customer service.

ELEVATORS!!! Because of building is old, they have old small elevators, when hotel is full you can wait it 10 minutes on high floors..

we were joking that the hotel in its pure black side color looks from the sea side like a large chimney :D (no effect on our stay) no rooms with direct front sea view, either side has only side sea view. (at least you get with every room some sea view) personaly would prefer empty fridge with room to put own stuff rather than one filled with stuff hotel eants to sell

no parking ... you have private parking on one side of the hotel and staff parking on the other side. you charge 150eur for night but can not guarantie parking ??? but your staf has huge place next to hotel?? pure hosekeeping .. bathroom mess and broken toilet no care.

The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly. The elevators are slow and staying on the seventh floor meant that we all too often had an elevator going down stoping at our floor full of people. The hotel is in a very busy area with very loud and repetitive music playing from a small amusement area. fun to walk around in but not so fun when you’re trying to sleep. Someone for sure had been smoking in our room although that isn’t allowed.

Noise level: Young people 17-20 year old were on the same floor. Running around, shouting at night, knocking on doors. There is a karaoke bar across the street which was extremely loud until 12 o'clock at night. Our room had a smell like if somebody had peed on the carpet. They did vacuum and sprayed but the smell was still there. The other room we had was ok. The rooms have a ring on the door, which is very loud as well, when someone rings you can hear it from the other way of the corridor. Maybe it can be lowered down. No coffee in the room. Breakfast was blend, very little choice of fruit and meats. Ok for free, but we had to pay 15 lev./pers. which was not worth it.

The view was exceptional. Nice balcony. Amazing swimming pool. Newly renovated hotel. Stuff is young and need training. Managers were better, they allowed us to leave later at no cost. Parking was free. Close to the beach (but they will need to open the door from the pool side for an easier access back from the beach). Will definitely consider staying there again.

The pillows are a bit too soft and light. Far from the central area so nightlife hangout spots are a little limited.

Rooms are great, views, especially from the higher floors. Large sport pool, i think 25m. Outside gym with pullup bars. Awesome beach bar nearby.

The area around the pool was not cleaned and there was bird poop everywhere :) Birds were attacking the food left on the terrace and they tried to steal it :D Casino was not working.

The breakfast was good and tasty. We had a good choice of proteins, vegetables and deserts. The pool was big and the water was great. The room was also very comfortable and renovated. Great view.

- no cushion on the sunbeds so they would get unconfortable pretty fast - the room we stayed in had no closet. We had to keep all our clothes on the chair or in our suitcases - the bed had 2 mattresses which kept sliding apart - kind of far from the city center - pool water was really cold even on hot days

In 6 days no one cleaned: they only changed the towels (on request) and picked up the garbage. In the corners, under the bed and on the balcony it was not cleaned even when we arrived. There were napkins under the bed, and on the balcony was dust, sand, and the ashtray was dirty.

Unfortunately there were a lot of bees in the breakfast area. The lady from the exchange office either doesn’t give you the right amount of money, either she gives a bill for less amount so just take care and always check. The issue is that the actual city center is about 15-20 minutes walk if you’re interested in clubbing, but other than that you have so many options. The carpets in the room aren’t clean and there are so many spider webs in the corners. You can hear everything from the other rooms and the balconies aren’t renovated. If you want to get your hair braided, don’t go to the lady in front of the hotel, she charges according to what country you come from and she always gives different prices, even double than places closer to the center. At the hotel’s pool the are no mattresses on the beds, but u can take extra towels for free from reception desk.

Very nice breakfast, plenty of options, freshly made pancakes. The location is great, plenty of shops and restaurants and you should visit the live music place on the left of the hotel because it is so much fun!

Directions to the parking lot could be signposted better, we had to park up outside, go in and get the customer relations man to open the barrier with a fob, you are not guaranteed a space either, so you should bear that in mind. The inside of the hotel was really good, but what lets it down is the outside areas. The only way down to the beach from the pool area is down some dirty steps past a big generator and over a scruffy car park. When we went the staff kept leaving bin bags in this area which were overflowing with liquid and it wasn't nice to walk past a lot of rubbish. The pool toilet and showers are also not well managed, nobody seemed to be keeping them clean throughout the day. This really lets the hotel down, if the management read the reviews they should make a better access point from the pool to the beach over the sand dunes to avoid the messy steps and car park. What is also disappointing is facilities for children, the little play area looked unkempt and in a shoddy state of repair and the small pool had no water in it, even though it was August in main season. We didn't have children with us for this stay, but I would not book this hotel for a trip with grandchildren as the facilities are not good.

The hotel interior is beautiful, well refurbished, nice facilities, lovely decor and the rooms are a good size with balcony, all with a good view of the beach and sea. It is also spotlessly clean inside. We were on the 14th floor so had a great view of the bay with a small balcony, good for drying swimwear etc. The pool area is nice and not too busy, even though we went in August we always managed to get sunbeds, and you can get drinks from the bar by asking staff who come to take your order. The area is sunny all day long if you like sunbathing, the pool is a good size. The buffet breakfast was nice, could always find something different to have, lots of choice to cater for all nationalities.

The hotel is between 3-4 stars. The services are poor, lake of cleaning in the room and around the pool. The staff doesn’t speak too much English.

Allowing people to the pool at 2 am is not ok… very loud drunk people shouldn’t be allowed to have access to the pool. The pool was supposed to be close at 8 pm… this happened 3 nights in a row… Another thing is the smelly bathroom… do something about it
