Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

RomaniaThe drinks should definitely improve and the cue in the lobby bar was terrible. People have to wait for 20-25 min for a drink. Some days it is impossible to find a sunbed, as people from outside the hotel are using them. I had to ask the cleaning lady to change our towels, they are not automatically changed.
Room, cleanliness, beach and food.

BulgariaThe water temperature in the outdoor pools was a bit too chilly during our stay. Not unbearable, though. One could ask a bit more from the all-inclusive food quality, but it was a good price-quality match. Air conditioning was operated centrally, so we never got full control over whether, when, and how it worked.
Clean, bright, and well-maintained facilities. Friendly and considerate staff, including animators and reception staff. Felina was awesome at welcoming us and making us feel like home. They gave us a room with a view as a compliment, which was unexpectedly kind as well. The beds were comfy and spacious, and the room beautifully set. Massages at the relax zone were, too, a pleasure.

Romania- for a triple room, the size is quite small and the storage for clothes is small as well. The closet is suitable for one person. - they change the towels and bed sheets every 3 days. I don't really care about the bead sheets, but after 2-3 showers a day the towels are really wet and need daily replacing. They give you the option to change them by asking the reception, or put the request sign on the door. - on that 3rd day they changed all the towels except for the foot towel, that one they forgot. Also they added extra shower gels/shampoo/conditioner in the 5th day, though we received these for 3 days. Be sure you have your own or to make sure to ask in the afternoon for it. - there are small recycle bins next to the elevator on each floor. The garbage smelled for 3-4 days until it was changed. - the children park has some equipments that need replacing, for example the handles of the horse is either missing or they added an improvised thing like a cut pipe which has sharp edges. Also there is no lighting in the evening, so the kids play in almost complete dark. - the half hour mini club for children consists in the same daily 5-6 songs on which the kids dance with the animator. - one night for the adult show the animators were men dressed like women that danced, it started funny, but the show ended in mimics of sexual positions and made a lot of parents with their children leave. - the meals are not organized. They bring some types of more attractive food at the start of the schedule and then don't refill it again, so around 30-50 people can access it out of 150. Or even with normal food refilling is late and difficult. In the morning they did not refill the tomatoes and cucumbers at 9.30. Breakfast schedule ended at 10.00.There are many trays of the same type of food on different areas so it might seem that is diverse, but it's not. Many of the one with meat are with sauce. - the drinks are average, like most of the all inclusive ones.
- the building and the rooms themselves are good quality, the bathroom is nice size and clean. - all the staff is very nice and attentive. - they have free wifi with no password needed and it works fine even at the last floor. - the private beach is very close, the second row of sunbeds area. There is no name of the hotel on the umbrellas, they are white. They also have a beach bar, but it is not included in the all inclusive. The beach is nice and clean, the water is low, perfect for children. - towels from the hotel for the beach are at your disposal to be changed whenever you need, with a fee of 20BGN or 10 EUR per towel as a warranty. - there is payable parking with your own dedicated spot, there is a small barrier you can put and lock for nobody to access your parking place. I believe it's 10BGN per day. - there is a football court well luminated in the evening - there is an entertainment area wich has dedicated schedules for kids for 30 minutes and after that, about other 30-60 min for adults. The ones for adults have a different theme every night. - the pools outside are in 2 different areas, one is 1.60m and is more quiet, and another wich has 4 pools on different heights merged in one: the one for toddlers has 50cm, and there are other 2 with 1,40m and another of 1,60m. - there is a bar next to the pool and a bit behind a restaurant where you can have a pizza or a burger. - the lobby bar has also small snacks and cookies all day long, you can never go hungry - there is a small outside entertainment park for children, it is a bit retreated so other people can't be bothered by the noise. There are trees around it, you can take your kids any time by day. - all the information you might need is on the menu of the TV, not in paper.

BulgariaBeach was crowded and unless you throw a towel early in the morning you won't have a place to lay down later. Food was good, but could have been better and more diverse.
Room was spacious and comfortable. Outside pool was suitable for children. Animation was very amusing.

SpainFront office staff / reception were inexperienced and under-trained. They were not familiar with the area and could not advise on activities outside of the resort. It was difficult to convince them to give us a second card for the room and they would not issue additional drinking water after-hours.
The quality of the food and beverages included in the all-inclusive package was great. The swimming pool facilities were good and the entertainers/ animators were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for families as was the dedicated beach area with umbrellas and chairs included. Within walking distance of the Aqua Park.

FranceIndoor swimming pool very beautiful but not heated so it's almost impossible to take a bath. I would like to know if the management of the hotel know that practically no person utilises the indoor pool and also i invite them to take a bath in the freezing cold water. We practically didn't utilised it and i am thinking to ask a partial refund. Second point, the beach bar is not free even for the ultra all inclusive, not nice since you paid the full package. They said the bar is open on the beach but they don't mention that it's not free. They haven't changed the sheets not even once in 6 days. Terrible coffee. Bartenders not so eager to serve the clients as they like. International drinks were not free. No adults animations like disco, only for kids. It's was just a party in the beach bar but they didn't said anything about it, we arrived there by following the music. We asked for iron and ironing board but we never got it. No question about our stay when we checked-out, we were asked only if we have something to pay.
Food semi variated. Drinks semi ok, beer not so good and wine also.

RomaniaDifenitely a moskito nest is needed. We had 2 nights were the room were full of moskitos, but they were kinda num. They didn't sting us and seem they don't have the energy to fly as they should. Still we had to kill some, to be sure.
Last year I was sort of disappointed, but this year it is different. The towels were daily changed, unlike last year, everything was clean, the food was better than last year and more diverse. The animation for the kids were better last year, but still good. But the one for adults were better.

AustriaFood- The food at the restaurant was of very poor quality, and it did not taste good or seem fresh. We were even worried about potentially getting food poisoning. The desserts, particularly the cake, tasted like paper. However, there were a few things we did enjoy - the coffee and sweet waffles were delicious. Unfortunately, even the cocktails at the cocktail bar were very disappointing and we couldn't drink them at all Pool - In the pool, it was impossible to swim for more than one minute. The water was not heated and it was ice-cold. It was a very hot day, with temperatures reaching more than 30 degrees Celsius, yet we still couldn't swim.
The rooms were clean and really nice. The resort itself is very beautiful and photogenic.

FranceThe list is long: - A lot of the staff does not speak Bulgarian nor English (I guess many guests are Russian-speaking but this is not a good enough reason as the hotel is at the Bulgarian coast) - Even though the all inclusive package is pretty expensive, the parking at the property is not included and must be paid on top - The staff member who went with my husband to « unlock » the parking spot watched him park and scratch our car while parking without making any effort to warn him there was an obstacle, and just commented afterwards « Hey sir, you ruined your car » and left - I had booked a 1-bedroom apartment all inclusive package as we were travelling with our 6-months old baby, going to sleep at 20h, so we wanted to have some space. Upon arrival I was offered an « upgrade » to a simple room (I think a deluxe room) with a sea view in the new part of the hotel. I was shown both options and the apartment looked super gloomy and old so I went with the simple room even if less comfortable with the baby. (the room itself was really nice though, with a nice terrasse and a beautiful view over the sea - best thing about the hotel actually) But calling an « upgrade » from an apartment to a simple room is still not understandable to me.
The upgraded room we were given in the new part of the hotel was really nice and comfortable and with a beautiful view of the sea. For families with older children, there are daily animations for the kids (water games, drawing, etc) so I guess that is a plus - we did not test as our baby was too young.

BulgariaThe food, wine and alcohol in the all-inclusive were all subpar. Think tasteless food, wine from a box, fresh squeezed orange juice only available for 45 minutes to an hour twice a day, most coffee was instant coffee even if it was described as espresso.
The room was good, bed was comfortable, sea view was okay. Service was good, front desk and room service staff were fantastic, bartenders were not friendly and borderline rude.
