We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomWasn't that keen on the food it all seemed rather warm and not hot. Even food that came out there and then was the same just warm. The dining room is very small.. thought the food selection could have been a lot greater. All inclusive choice of drinks etc is limited .
Very near the beach, has a lovely sea view from the balcony. Quiet.. lovely roof top area with pool table and table tennis all free.big car park if you have a car.easy 10+12 minute walk into the busy strip section of the beach.

The rooms are large except for the bathroom. The food is tasty. Lots of alcoholic drinks are also included.

The room was very big and the bed was confortable. The food was good and we had a lot of choices (bufet). The hotel is practicaly on the beach, but only the rooms on the right wing might have sea view because of the really big pines that give shade to the pool bar. There are bikes for rent neaby and suvenir shops very close to the hotel. Also, don't miss an evening walk in Nessebar - a lovely old town, 10 min ride from Sunny Beach

RomaniaThe only things worth mentioning are that the wifi signal was quite poor and didn’t cover the pool area, and that some of the signs were written exclusively in Czech and Bulgarian.
Plenty of good and varied food (including some vegetarian options). The coffee was great, there were little snacks in between meals. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, overall the atmosphere was pleasant, safe and polite. The hotel is quite small so it was quite quiet. The animation team was also very friendly and had engaging activities for adults and kids. We loved it, would definitely recommend

United KingdomDANCE MUSIC BLARING IN THE DINING HALL FROM 7am IN THE MORNING!!!!!!!! during breakfast Lunch & dinner..absolute joke.. Our room was on first floor & it was banging through the room constantly. The same songs on repeat really loud bellowing out of the restaurant but not one peep of music or atmosphere around the pool during the day! kept having to ask for it to be turned down then sure enough next day 7AM you are woken up to the BANGING music AGAIN!! Not what you want when you’re on holiday. We went at the end of season so things are starting to shut down but you can party in the dining hall.. how odd!!!!! (and infuriating) Room didn’t appear to be cleaned throughout our 4 night stay, toilet roll wasn’t replenished, we had to keep asking for it. Could barely get a smile out of most of the staff but possibly because it’s the end of season
location fab right on beach just along from main strip etc & shops & bars right out the front door, comfortable beds, spacious room & nice bathroom. food is decent but small selection & very the same every day.

HungaryThere is separetly all inclusive menu and not all inclusive. The all incusive coctails are served in plastic glasses and has a terrible quality. The meals between the main meals basicaly dont exist. The staff was not really nice. The food was poor, not prepared for food intolerances, one cake which was frozen when they served, diet meal is a very dry chicken with rice, vegetarian meal once was pasta without anything. The hotel does not have sunbeds.
The location was good. Breakfast has a big variety.
