We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe had the same 3 options to choose from for breakfast, the pool was main attraction what was fine for us but nothing really for the evenings especially for kids as the village itself doesn't offer anything even for look around.
The staff were great and the rooms were very nice. Surrounded by nature we could enjoy our stay and relax fully. The pool was clean with good temperature.

RomaniaA very nice spot in the middle of nature, definitely recommended for a few days stay for relaxing purposes and also for transit. The on-site restaurant is very good and the prices are decent. The terrace is nice. Perfect temperature in the small covered swimming pool with mineral water. Big and green garden, with huge trees and playgrounds for kids. Parking place in accordance with hotel capacity.

BulgariaThe only thing we were missing, but more like a recommendation, is to put a small fridge in the rooms as this will be handy to have. Everything else was great!
The hotel location is great , far from the noise of the city and roads and you can hear the sounds of nature like birds and crickets. It is surrounded by a pine forest and is so relaxing and tranquil. The property is very well maintained and clean, you have everything you need for a few days getaway. The staff welcomed us smiling and very warm and kept behaving that way until the end of our stay, even asked us if we will be around during the day, so that they can prepare lunch for us. The food was very nice, enough, and different each of the evenings. The breakfast was very nice too. The water in the pool was warm and the idea with the cover is very smart to keep it warmer. We had a great time and will return for sure!

BulgariaThere was no lift or air conditioning but it was cool in the room and in the evening so we did not miss the air con too much. The only fault I would have is you are not offered a drink with your evening meal, water or a soft drink should be included.
The hotel itself is fairly new and it is spotless clean. The food was excellent and well presented. We went half board. We paid for lunch which was also excellent and not a good prices.. The staff were very helpful and spoke English. The grounds are very well kept. In my opinion this should be a 3 star hotel. We will stay there again. This hotel is for relaxing as not much around but that is what we wanted for our break. There are play areas for children and lots of pool items round the pool are provided by the hotel.
