The room isolation is terrible. All the noises from outside and from the room next to us are amplified inside.

Very nice location, clean and the restaurants are good. The room is nice with sauna:) The staff is great. Definitely we’ll comeback.

No cleaning was done - no vacuum cleaner was used (even if we asked for it), no garbage was taken out, only the beds were made.

The villa is beautifully furnished, the apartment was spacious, the terrace is large with a sofa and TV, there is an Italian restaurant on the ground floor of the villa (the prices are a bit high), the pool was clean and we were the only ones who used it during the 4 days.l

The room cleaning was sketchy to say the least and the outside areas could do with a little sprucing up! Pool is small for the size of the hotel and located in the upper part of the complex which is an up hill walk away from the main buildings.

Charming traditionally built hotel complex in two nearby locations with good facilities, good off street parking and 2 decent restaurants ... an Italian and Bulgarian (which was particularly good). Staff are friendly and helpful and the ‘inn’ is located within walking distance of some marvellous frescoed churches.

The villa is located a few minutes away from the main complex at the end of a very stiff road - parking is no problem. Nice view, parking available, good breakfast in the main complex, nice garden.

There was noise from the air conditioner, used by the other rooms; also we did not like that the breakfast was situated in the main venue, which is 200 m away, but once you had breakfast you have to climb back on full stomach; i do believe that when the vila is full, an on site breakfast should be organized

Beds were not comfy, my back was hurting after the second night. Staff was OK, but partially not very friendly. Breakfast OK, but not at the level expected (worst black tea in my life). Barbecue restaurant with high prices compared to quality of food. Howling dog in the night and bad sound insulation in the hotel

Beautiful building with nice interior and view of the Balkan mountains. 10min by taxi to Veliko Tarnowo. Nice rooms. Garden setting with good pool. Generally peaceful setting. Good Italian restaurant

The hard mattress, not a well cooling refrigerator and a little bit colder water in the pool.

The apartment was good with two big bedrooms, nice view, spacious balcony, well decorated, TV in every room and on the terrace too, very good food in the restaurants, complimentary coffee and water in the room, nice gardens and very kind staff.

A few small minuses, but will not change the mark of the review &stay. - this Villa location is part of a larger hotel complex and it doesn't have a separate reception. We weren't careful and didn't read the message they sent us telling us where we need to go get the keys. It is not far, around 400m, but it is a bit of walk up&down a small hill - the breakfast restaurant is again in the main hotel complex, so there is a bit of morning walking and exercising :) but for us it was pleasant after breakfast 😁 - there is only a small mini fridge in the room. A larger one (not full height) would be useful especially if you want to store some cold water and drinks (which is needed in the very hot summers, it was already very hot). And also it would be helpful for families with small children (like us), who need a place to put all sorts of snacks, leftover food and things like this :) - we also had a extensible sofa in the room, but the mechanism had some issues and it wouldn't stay fixed, so we couldn't use it. Maybe we also didn't set it up correctly, not sure (could ask the reception) - small thing: near the sink and around it, there isn't a hook or anything useful to hang up the hand towel

The room was spacious, very clean, no issues with the very large and comfortable bed. The view is very nice, it is quiet and you can have a very restful stay. We also had the sauna in the room, which worked very well, getting hot quite fast and also it was very clean inside and smelled very nice. Bathroom is very spacious, clean and no problems with any of the facilities. The pool and pool area was well kept, clean and again very nice. Breakfast was included for this stay, buffet-type with plenty of options for most tastes and preferences; also the restaurant is very nicely decorated, clean and maintained very well. Also, there is a very nice italian restaurant in the Villa location

We stayed in the villa up on the hill. The garden is very nice and well maintained. I liked very much the quietness and the fact that the restaurant on the premise, although has a large outside terace, has no music. This was perfect.

Location is amazing and the best choice for a Veliko get away. The accomodation has an amazing garden, restaurant options and is a good starting point for walks around Arbanassi. Pool area is clean and with amazing landscape.

For breakfast you had to go downhill to the main resort and then back uphill on a pretty steep slope. The apartment for 4 guests had only one small bathroom.

The view, especially from the pool, even if it was too cold outside to use it. Also, our apartment had an amazing terrace, perfect for lazy evenings.

They could make a reception and breakfast area also at the location on the hill, so you don't have to make the journey every morning to the main building which is at the base of the hill.

The positioning on the hill has a great view from the pool to the Veliko Tarnovo, a green and good cared garden. The area is very quite and you can enjoy the birds songs and the fresh air. The rooms are very clean and well equipped.

This was our second visit of the hotel and we were not disappointed. We will most definitely visit again. Very cosy and quiet place, with a lovely garden, great service and delicious food. Great breakfast. Parking available. Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. Please keep the level of service and maintain the facilities, as it will be disappointing if any of these go down (as with many other places in Bulgaria) Thank you

Our apartment was located in Villa Arbanashki Han which is not in the main complex. Breakfast is served in the main complex only so you have to go there on foot (uncomfortable if you are with small kids or a baby buggy as it is very steep). We stayed during a public holiday, there were many guests and breakfast was a nightmare - the breakfast table is at a narrow corner, it was very crowded and hard to get something to eat. Food in the 2 restaurants is delicious. However, the prices are a bit surprising ;) This is the first hotel where I was asked to pay additionally for sauna. (SPA facilities are additionally charged and you need to request them in advance). There is only an outdoor pool which is VERY small and open in the summer only. No receptionist in the so called “villa”. Nobody to welcome you, to guide you to your apartment, nobody to address your requests to.

The apartment where we stayed was nicely furnished and comfortable. We had a small compliment - coffee and tea. There are 2 restaurants (offering traditional and Italian cuisine), both serving delicious food. The staff was friendly.
