Was greater by a cold receptionist(blonde experienced type who hadn’t got any time to lose). She seemed not to care about my questions and offered poor guidance to a snack fast food bar. As we drove all night we wanted to get lunch on first day instead of last day. Not possible. Offered to pay extra for a lte checkin, not possible. Was given the key and have a nice day. Parking was extra 13 euro per day in the hotel area. 9 euro outside the hotel gates were everything was possible. The served the cheapest alcohol and fake juices (no coca cola, fanta, what can I say about fresh juice). You had to pay extra for the originals. All juices were made with water and juice powder. We got a pool view. What we were not told is that every night from 20 to 22:30 was loud music. Good lock puting a 5 year okd to sleep. Sheets seemed to be clen, the mattesses I this used to be white now was a combination of yellow and brown. Pellows were not comfortable. All three of us slept without them. The beach cocktails were served by a guy who was more interested in showing his poor bartender skills and putting his favourite tracks serveral times. Mambo no 5 seemed to be the einmer for most plays. Of course he ran his hand through his sweaty hair before handing the plastic glasses. Luckily they had straws. The food was the same everyday. Noticed that a lot of chicken fresh rolls ended up in a sauce the next day. Hooray for recycling! The reataurant smeeled like a kitchen. The clothes were compromised so we ended up using the same outfits. Private beach was fine but full of rocks. Luckily to the right there was a public beach with sand in water. Youngsters screemed freely at 2am. Zero attitude was given. Restaurant was a bit chaotic. Many moments in which you could not find fresh water or a simple fork or spoon. We decided to be the first at all meals. Don’t eat sushi if it’s not your last day. Saw the ambulance several times.

Location on the beach, big room with sea view, private beach. The kids entertainer really involved and happy to interact with shy kids also. Pizza guy was great. Loved the way he chilled aggitated people down. That guy deserves a medal. Also the pizza was great!

In advertising and even in Booking was mentioned that a hotel has A la carte with Italian restaurant. It’s closed permanently. From my point of view there are enough meal at all, but hotel consciously lays about that. They are not going to open it.

The location is good, own beach, a lot of variety of food. Especially different kind of fruits and berries. We stayed for 8 nights, during this period a room was perfectly cleaned once, but towels were changed every day. A fitness gym works and has enough equipment for usual training. Running truck was out of order and wasn’t fixed over our stay.

The location of the hotel is not the best one, especially if you want to go out to eat something or just to relax. There's nothing you can do outside, the only things you can find being a few shops and a small restaurant. Around 6 PM, the water didn't work at all because of the low pressure, so it was impossible to have a shower and use the toilet for 30 or 40 minutes.

The food was excellent, the rooms were confortable, and you can step right on the beach from the hotel. The staff was really friendly, always ready to help whenever we needed something. Everything was nice and clean during our stay.

There is an amusement park near the entrance which plays music until 23:00, which you may not enjoy if you are like quiet nights, depending on your room placement. The entrance in the sea from the hotel beach is trough some rocks, you may need to go right after the boat dock on the left of the beach, if you don't like rocks. Sunbeds at the swimming pool and the beach are free and they are reserved in the morning, before breakfast and then some of them are not used for the whole day.

The hotel is very clean, placed right on the beach, with a large pool and a smaller kids pool with warm water flows . We had FB accommodation, the food was tasty and sufficiently varied. Dessert and fruits were never running out. It was our best stay in Sveti Vlas.

Very loud music and shows for children starting during the dinner under the restaurant's terrace, two times in a week, but the reception was very helpful and asked the entertaining team to reduce the volume. I think it will be great to start shows after the dinner or at least with more relaxing chill out music at it was right before bed time.

Beach and pool next to each other. Very clean pool, restaurant, rooms, everywhere. Towels changed every day. Very nice and helpful stuff (cleaning, reception, restaurant, beach bar) . Great ♿ facilities (room, shower, ramps, hotel toilet, wolkside to the beach). Wormed water in the children pools. Decent prices for drinks at the beach bar. 5 lev/limonade, 5 lev/coffee. Very good and diverse food with a day-treat different for each day. Fresh made pizza, many types of salads, patatoes and steak, cooked food, fruits at every meal. It was really great and relaxing holiday for us!

the only down side for this time of the year, as it was really crowded I had to wake up as early as possible to make sure i will have a place either at the pool or at the beach. The hotel has some internal rules where it is mentioned you shouldn’t leave the towels there…

First of all, we were welcomed by the stuff, they have helped us with out luggages from the car to our room. Chapeaux to that! Second of all, the room was ready before the check in hour - big plus. The balcony is big and has a table and chairs also a stand to dry your towels. The hotel also offers you towels for the beach/pool side. Thirdly, the food - amazing and enough. 5* Lastly, the only down side for this time of the year, as it was really crowded I had to wake up as early as possible to make sure i will have a place either at the pool or at the beach. The hotel has some internal rules where it is mentioned you shouldn’t leave the towels there… I am already thinking of coming back in the near future. Ps: It is an amazing place for parents with kids. A lot of activities for them.

There wasn't enough things to do in the complex as adults. There is no space to go for a walk or even sit besides the beach at night. The beach has too many rocks which seriously look like previous construction waste. Prepare to get up at sunrise, otherwise there will be no place near the pool.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and there was a wide variety of dishes. All of the facilities are clean and well taken care off. Generally a great place to spend 2-3 nights.

We’ve been there last year and we had a great time. the food was delicious, conditions were impeccable. I can’t say the same about this year, though. starting with the fact that we had almost the same food everyday during our stay, I understand the hotel changed the patronage … the food was always the same, same chicken & rice, same pizza, same fish… nothing special … starting this year, and with the new patronage, they offer ultra all inclusive conditions … believe me, it’s far from ultra all inclusive: you don’t have international drinks, the soda they are providing is just sugar & water (tastes horrible as well), between served food there is a snack bar but it will only provide fried potatoes and some hamburgers, which also, is not very pleasant and not for everyone’s taste. also, be very careful and take with you meds when you go… we came home earlier because our little boy took some bacteria and started vomiting after eating … not long after that, also us, adults, started vomiting and we developed enterocolitis… it wasn’t just us, during our stay at least 10 kids were also infected… people say it may have been because they were cooking with water from the pool… idk what to say, but one thing is for sure, something’s not right there… I wouldn’t recommend going now there, the conditions are poor, the food is lousy and there is nothing that would make us want to ever go back there.

the thing that made us come back this year is the location of the hotel, which is right on the beach, which means you can easily arrive to the beach and back in the hotel.

first of all, the almost non-existent hygiene rules. It should be mentioned that the private beach of the hotel has a sewage discharge directly into the sea water and directly on their private beach. More than half of the hotel was intoxicated with Rotavirus, for a moment they didn't care if the children were okay, flexibility in the menu 0. We chose to leave 2 days earlier because the child was not well at all and when leaving they didn't even ask why were we leaving earlier - if something happened and not even goodbye. Shame Zornitza

The property probably was at the top but when it was new. Now you can see that is getting old and they are not maintaining it 100% . The spa was out of order. They have beds and umbrella at the pool and on the beach but at 7:00am already everything is occupied by towels of the guests ( without them being there). Around the hotel looks everything miserable and dirty, not working and there is no tourism. The promenade is not maintained and few hotels around are not working, full of Ukrainian refugees which makes the place not a touristic anymore. The toilets next to the restaurant in the hotel smell bad and not very nicely ( some parts broken, others dirty). The AC in our apartment was working only in the bedroom but not in the living room and they are no doors for separating the rooms so it was quite hot. They haven’t changed the sheets for 5 days during our whole stay. In the beginning we were not provided with towels for the pool because they didn’t have ones ( that’s what we have been told). We asked for two baby cribs by email in advance and on the reception they confirmed we have them once we checked in but there weren’t any in the room. I had to look for housekeeper and it took her an hour to find and bring two. One of them was with no sheets for baby as she told me that only the morning shift knows where they are. I never got ones in the next 5 days. There was a smell of poo around the hotel in the air who know from where it was coming from and which pipes. The beach is small, a little bit with stones and seaweed in the water which made it not to enter in the sea in specific parts. The pools are working only until 18:00 which for us was ridiculous because we were with small kids which first are sleeping at lunch and second is very hot during the day. Our hours to go at the beach/ pool were after 17:00 and we could enjoy the pool only for an hour and then move to the beach which doesn’t have lifeguard after 18:00 either.

The hotel is front line and exactly on the beach. Our apartment had a huge terrace and very nice view at the sea. There is a kid’s pool and a slide to enjoy with kids. There is animation for the kids from 10:00-18:00 with a lunch break. The kids could use the inside animation room, to draw, paint t-shirt or play with other kids. At 20:30 there was a kid’s party to dance for almost an hour. The lobby bar and area is quite new and has a nice ambiance. The food in the restaurant was fresh and good. Exactly next to the hotel you have supermarket ALDO.

Same food I got sick from the food after 2 days I made enterocolites.. I tried to have help from the “medical centre of the hotel” if I can name it medical .., was a lady there that even don’t speak English…only Bulgarian … how we understand each other? My husband showed her on Google and gaved 2 pills ( God knows what were ) we have been not the only one sick .,, not even 4 stars hotel unfortunately… if you go Take furazolidon/Imodium/etc ..we have payed 770 euro 4 nights to be sick! I don’t mention the sun beds ( no rule ) all idiots wake up at 5/6 morning and goes and let the towels .. if you go at 9/10 morning u find nothing!!!! No rules nothing!!! Never again here ! Never again in Bulgaria!!!

Everything! There was lots of cockroaches, but even in a room, rooms were cleaned very poor, towels were not changed! Staff were very unprofessional and impolite! So I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Pools were not heated. Pools weren't properly cleaned. My kid got sick because of the pool water, he got Hand, foot, and mouth disease so PARENTS BEWARE. Rooms were not that clean: dust on the furniture, spider web behind the bathroom door, bathroom sink not properly cleaned. Staff doesn't know English so well, it was very hard to get them to understand our needs regarding room cleanliness + we felt 0 empathy the staff. Also we didn't hear not once someone say sorry. Staff really slow when it comes to customer requests: we had to ask 3-4 times to get our sheets replaced, because we missed the window when they were replacing sheets, because our child was sleeping. The hotel doesn't reinforce their own rules: pool chairs were occupied with towels even though it is against their own rules. TBH the hotel is at most a 3 star hotel, maybe a shadow of its former self. Bathroom is quite small and look quite dated.

Plenty of Choice when it comes to food. They had arcade games in the lobby.

There was not much to like here - avoid by all means! - covid safety measures not observed at all. - as many other people write: there are not enough sun beds and people occupy them as early as 6AM. If you want to enjoy your holiday - this is not the hotel for you. You will be on the sand if you sleep any longer than 6AM. The hotel says occupying beds is not allowed but nobody does anything about that actually. Moreover, people that are outside of the hotel, also occupy the beds and the hotel manager, knowing this fact, ignored it completely. - horrible location: there is nothing to do in the evenings. Only entertainment that the hotel provides is 100% orientated towards kids. - beach: beach has stones and a lot of seaweed. We had to walk to the public beach next to the hotel beach to be able to enter the water, which contradicts the point of paying for a private hotel beach. Not fun! - animals: dirty rooms up to the point that we had small animals in the toilet and bed. We had to check our beds before sleeping - which is a horrible fear to have on holiday. - hotel manager incredibly, incredibly unfriendly and unable to help with basic requests. The staff seem to be scared of her and constantly ask her to approve any kind of answers to basic questions. Which means, if the hotel manager is not present, you won’t get an answer. - constantly missing fresh towels in the room, toilet paper and you have to call the reception for it, which becomes quite annoying if you have to do it daily. Room was booked for 3 people but only prepared for 2. - beach towels: waiting times of up to 40 mins asking several people to exchange towels and the manager thinks this is a normal waiting time. And that when beach towels are said to be provided by the hotel! - kitchen/ food area: food is repetitive and not tasty. - kitchen/food area: coffee queue of up to 15 mins in the morning due to lack of enough coffee machines.

Very disappointed with the staff at the restaurant and the housekeeping department. We haven’t been in a dirtier hotel room than that. The trash and the hand soaps from the previous guests were not cleaned. I believe the bedding was not changed as well, the toilet was not disaffected and I could see the “good job” from the previous guests there 🙂. Absolutely terrible- we were with a baby and we had to clean the room. Some of The staff at the restaurant were absolutely disoriented what they are doing there. We could visit the hotel again only if the owner pays us to stay there.
