Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No remarks on negative points to make. Everything was very good for us. The only remark I have is that the free shuttle timing is dependent on the traffic of the big routes, which the hotel can not control, so make sure you allow plenty of time for the transport to the airport if you have a flight to catch.
The buffet at the restaurant has a nice selection of dishes, be it for dinner or for breakfast. No "a la carte" options. The hotel is very clean and cozy, the big garden and pool give it a nice feeling of space and green around. Very convenient complimentary shuttle service to the airport.

People talking very loud on the corridor outside our rooms made it impossible to sleep. The walls are very thin and appears that the people walking, talking or making loud noises were inside our room.
The dinner buffet was good but a little bit pricey. Also the bar overcharged us and we only discovered it after we got home.

There were only two towels in a room reserved for 4 people. There is also a significant charge for car parking at the hote, which was unexpected as a guest.
There was a decent variety at breakfast and the staff were mostly helpful and accommodating.

Without asking, they charged $15 more for a room upgrade. But they didn't ask for it. Then we complained a little bit later and got a voucher for the restaurant. Unfortunately, the food didn't arrive in the restaurant. They simply forgot about us. When I complained, the food was coming then about 45 min. later but was partially cold. Then I complained again and then we got a partial refund. We had booked the free shuttle back to the airport the evening before. When we arrived three minutes before shuttle departure, the shuttle had unfortunately already left, with the statement from reception that we should have been there at least 20 minutes earlier. But we were not told this, nor did they even call our room to inform us. It was not listed anywhere in the departure times at reception. We then had to take a taxi to the airport at our own expense. We have never experienced anything like this on our many trips. My conclusion: never again!

The shuttle at the airport is not so easy to find and not clear when it arrives. While waiting I decided to take an Uber instead.

Breakfast selection was rather limited.
Close to GRU airport and offers free shuttle service. Rooms were comfortable, a little bit worn, but still ok. Breakfast was available quite early.
