Needs serious maintenance.. Windows didn't closed, no hot water,. Furniture falling into pieces. Complain about it, and put me in a slightly better room but still a lot is disperfections

Room was clean but poor room fridge bar poorly stocked for snack Nd drink options, yet listed items not availed, breakfast service only offered coffee , no yoghurt or tea ..room has no kettle or cup yet microwave is there., Charged for bitings with drinks but not advised it's at cost..which would've been good to be told upfront in order to decide and not offered like it's complimentary...poor communication in restaurant evening service. This.could b improved . Spa area smelt dank

Absolutely pointless kitchenette. 2 wine glasses, 2 glasses, a microwave and a fridge which acted as a minibar. No kettle, cups, plates or cutlery! So unable to make even a drink and didn’t really discover any microwaveable meals to use 😂

Convenient location for our trip. Availability of storage of excess luggage when on a trip into the Amazon. Decent breakfast. On site restaurant but close enough to others in shopping centres.

In the evening we arrived the electricity went off for few hours. We went 18 floor down by foot. We were lucky that it wasn't on the way up. The rooftop pool is super dirty and isnt suitable for going inside

The noise of other guests and their children in the pool area, playing loud music and no staff to control it. The hidro was being used for little children and their countless toys. No peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It was very disappointing after a long day of contacting the nature in the jungle. The air conditioning in the room was making an annoying noise as well.

The bed linen, the mattress and pillows were really confortable and soft. The breakfast was honest.

The bed was much too soft and lopsided. Terrible for sleeping. There was an electric wire sticking out of the headboard.

The first day I checked into the, my room was really smelly. I did not try to be difficult, so I opened my windows 24 hours and this didnt help. The room smelled as if the room is under mold attack, the room I stayed in was 1704. This was really disappointing. The staff was nice to listen to me and change my room to 1804 and this was clearly better. The room 1704 have some strange and odd construction design. Water tap in the bathroom, was made of high pressure water tap. So it was actually a little bit funny when you have had to brush your teeth and you use this water tap, and water splashed every where. The furniture is old and outdated, maybe dated back to the 70'ies. There is a lot of wear and tear sign on the furniture in general. The pool was a bit dirty, so I never used the pool unfortunately.

Good thing about this hotel is that location wise is perfect. The breakfast was fantastic. Room was very spacious. There were many TV channels. Hotel have a very nice pool on the top of the building. The room have a balcony.

The photos online made this hotel look much much better than what it really is. Our room did not look as sparkly clean as what was represented on the online photos. The person I was traveling with was so grossed out by the look of the bathroom that they wore flip flops in the shower as though it were a gym locker room situation. Within minutes of checking in we had to kill a HUGE roach that came from under the mini fridge area. There were stains on the bed sheets and pillows. They keep the window open in the bathroom, that is the only ventilation it gets. We were praying that no bugs would fly in. We also had to ask for housekeeping to bring us towels, soap, etc., because when they serviced our room they only made the bed. Housekeeping left us with no new toiletries. I will say this...... When we mentioned to the tour guides what hotel we were staying at they said 'oh you're staying at a nice hotel'. So perhaps this is as good as it gets for the area, I don't know, but I would not recommend it. The location is also not great. It is connected to a mall and that is about it. I would recommend staying at a hotel that is in the downtown area so that you will have more to walk to.

The only positive I can really give for this hotel is that breakfast was included and it was pretty good. It is worth adding breakfast to the room if available. Hopefully it will already be included in the price. It is a buffet style breakfast with many options.

Overall, it seems that the rooms are quite outdated and not very well maintained. - We had a bathroom faucet that would not stop dripping water as we could not close it. - There would be a nasty smell in the room every now and then which appeared to be coming from the bathroom - We noticed some mouldy spots in the bathroom - We missed having some plates and some cutlery in the occasion of ordering out food. - The Wifi in the rooms was very bad. - It can be a bit noisy around the building which sometimes you would hear in the room as well.

Breakfast was very nice and had plenty of options for food. Containing many local food options as well as international food options for those interested. The staff was very nice and helpful at all times. This was very appreciated. The cleaning of the rooms was done properly and every day as well as restocking of the fridge. The airco, the fridge, the TV and the shower worked well. It was also nice to have access to the gym facility and the swimming pool on the top floor.

The bathroom had a strong bad smell, it was comming from the sewers. I had to close the shower drain because the smell was awful.

The location is great, there is a mall sharing the garage, convenient. Restaurant was good and the staff was friendly and supportive. Room service was great, brought towels right after I requested, lengthened to us an adaptor to charge out phones. Great!!

Property needs maintenance. Leaking faucets, loose safety bar in shower seemed risky. Staff was not helpful for an early check in even though it was requested prior to arrival.
