We liked that we were upgraded to a larger apartment when we arrived. The apartment was lovely and spacious with everything that you would ever need. Marjory was a delightful hostess and was there to greet us when we arrived. The apartment was bight and clean. Very enjoyable space to spend a couple of nights.

Great hosts, clean, quiet, lots of personal space and a laundry you could use. Close to public transport and host organised welcome cards that gave us free public transport. Great stay in an upmarket area, accessible by bus to old city. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Dear Gordon, Thank you very much we arrived so late in the evening and you waited for us. The best was the warm apt. after all that rain. Thanks again for everything we were happy to wash and dry our wet clothings and have a lovely glass of Prosecco. Hopefully we shall be back but not in winter anymore Javi

the house is spacious and our kids love the stairs to the highest floor of the room. The estate is quiet, lovely and peaceful, and short distance to the Museums.

One of the double beds was not very comfortable. It had a wooden beam in the middle that we could feel. We basically had to sleep on the far right and left to not be bothered by the wood. Apart from that the bed was comfy.

The photos do not do justice to the place. It is much mre beautiful and nice up close. It is very spacious, modern. it has nice furnitures and a state of the art curved TV with Wii! The kitchen has all needed appliences and utensiles. It was 2 tram stops from center. It was very clean. The owners were very warm and kind. they even called us, 30 minutes after ceck out to inform us that we forgot something in their house.

We made reservations for a spacious studio-like room/appartment, but at arrival immediately got an upgrade to a very big (4 bedroom) appartment (since it wasn't occupied by others anyway, according to the landlady). Very kind and thoughtful! All facilities and comfort you could think of were present and the appartment is at walking distance to the city centre (10-15 minutes). Very helpful and kind hostess. For us this is an absolute 10 (also if we wouldn't have gotten the upgrade).

The owner Maxine was very polite but did not provide us with the check-in instructions on the day that we were arriving. It wasn’t a big issue as her partner opened the door for us but it would have been helpful to receive the details before we arrived at the property. Would like to stress though that when we spoke to Maxine in the morning she was very understanding and also helpful as she gave us some tips of navigating around Bern.

The apartment is well sized, clean, comfortable, has multiple fans and an air-con system which came in handy as we visited during the European heatwave. It is also in a good location, and near the embassies (which is cool if you are into that sort of thing).

This 2 level apartment was amazing! The location was excellent: near public transportation and surrounded by embassies! The host couldn't have been more caring and helpful. The fridge was stocked with water and soda on our arrival, and some chocolate and crackers on the kitchen counter. The kids loved the TV and comfortable living room, and I loved the air conditioning on the upper level. What a delight! I hope to stay here again sometime!
