The location is incredible and its worth paying more for a view. The spa was lovely and the breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Our room on the top floor had a large and open terrace, offerring a lot of light through its floor-to-ceiling sliding doors and a spectacular wide view to Lugano and its lake. In the morning you could just watch the clouds lifting and clearing the horizon. | The room had adequate size and it was well equipped. | Large and tasty selection for the (included) breakfast. | Parking was on site, close to the hotel entrance. |

However, I would say it is surely overpriced, even with the Swiss price standards. To be fair, the food was good, but nothing special, and the service was also good.
Spectacular view, exceptional SPA facilities, great breakfasts, nice, clean and comfortable room with a beautiful view, professional staff.

Fantastic! Beautiful views from every location, room was extremely clean, fresh, and inviting. They provide totes, pool/spa towels, flip flops, everything you could need to enjoy their facilities left inside your room. Very easy to navigate with our dog as well. The spa & pools were pristine. Certainly a place I would have loved to stay even longer!
