We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaYour room won't be made up before 2 pm if you stay longer than one day. This may cause a little inconvenience for some people.
Right by the train station. You can see the hotel from the train when it pulls into the station. There are many shops and food services in the train station. The hotel is close to all major attractions in Luzern. The hotel provides you a city card which allows you free bus ride and 20% discount on museum tickets. The room has an excellent sound insulation, you don't hear any outside noise.

I love the receptionist that helped me with my check-in. She is the best receptionist that I have ever encountered in all my travels so far! She truly made this a great and memorable stay and I would not have had as good an experience otherwise.

United KingdomView was to a train rolling stock parking lot! Very industrial. Bar drinks at hotel were incredibly expensive, but this is Switzerland, I guess... You do get a discount voucher for the first bar bill though, so that was a bonus. It was a bit of a grim walk through grey streets to find the hotel.
Good sized room, area not too bad, but a little tucked away down back streets. 5 minutes walk to the train station. Uber operates in the area and can take you to town easily and not too expensively. Breakfast buffet pretty good. Staff friendly and helpful.

United KingdomThe hotel will collect city taxes separately at checkin and will ask for 100 francs deposit. It is not a big deal but kind of affects the hotel checkin experience. They will only allow checin at 3 PM, so please be prepared to arrive accordingly. They do allow you to leave your luggage with them and can use to see the places around. One thing can be addressed is the bathroom sliding door. It is less private and its easily openable. Was not too comfortable with that aspect.
The hotel is just 10 mins walk from Lucerne main station and also right near to the lake. Easy for travellers who like to visit nearby locations. The hotel is large one and their staff is quite good and very understanding. Rooms are big and had all required amenities. Recommended for travellers for two or three days stay. Very clean and maintained hotel as per Radisson standards.
