The property is situated very close to train station, has a Migros (grocery store) right opposite it and is walkable distance from the Chapel bridge. Multiple eating options around and the room was spacious. The property even provided a baby cot in the room without request or charge.

A bit warm in the room, despite being only May. No aircon or fan, definitely needs better ventilation. Uncomfortable pillows, way too thick.

What could have been better was the inclusion of buffet breakfast in the package price + a bit more generous servings of coffee cups for our morning coffee.

I loved the location of this hotel. A 2 min walk from the attractions of Lucerne and the main station. We had the Premium Double Room and the room was incredibly spacious and luxurious. We had a lot of space in the room which was perfect for my mother to move around.

Building is old so walls are thin, you may hear noise from neighbours and downstairs.

Two more hooks in the bathroom would be great, for clothes/towels. There was only one. The shower head was not adjustable. It would be great to have a shower head where you can adjust the water flow. It was strange that the wastebins in the room and also in the bathroom had no garbage bags to line the insides of the wastebins to prevent the insides from becoming coated in waste material. Waste can still contain liquid, like a sauce. It would be great to update the room door with a key card lock system instead of those heavy keys. We always gave our keys to the reception which was ok but a key card lock system is just more convenient and standard in hotels. We didn't see an air conditioner in our room. For us it was ok because it was still spring. But in summer it could be too hot in the room. The breakfast was just acceptable. Not much choices and they didn't refill items like buns or yoghurts very fast. I got the last bun and even after I was done with my breakfast, there were still no buns refilled.

Our room was nice and modern. It was facing the inner court, so it was very quiet. They had slippers for the room which we really appreciated. It is so much more comfortable and hygienic than walking in you shoes or socks in the room. It is standard in Asian hotels, hopefully it will catch up in Europe. The location is great. Train station, old town and ferry piers are all in walking distance. Less than 5 minutes by foot. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Construction at hotel. But other than that we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and we liked our balcony even though we encountered some rainy days.

I did arrive before 3:00 check in time and they stored my luggage. I am handicapped and can’t walk long distances. I went out fo about an hour and a half and went back to hotel at 2:30 as it was about to rain. While sitting there 2 more couples checked in and were given rooms immediately. I enquired about my room and they told me I had to wait until 3:00. I am an elderly single traveler.

It was under construction and we were not aware of this. It was dusty. awe had two rooms. The one that faced the street was noisy, the other one was not.

Very friendly reception. Hotel is located very conveniently next to the station. Normally so close to the station is very noisy, but if you take a room at the back you won't have any issues.

Currently renovating at the hotel, so a bit noisy. Due to the renovation, breakfast served in a makeshift conference room. So food had to be carried from kitchen, which they could not maintain with the number of guests.

It would be nice if they were clearer about where one actually enters the hotel. It was not explained when I booked that the building was under renovation and that I was going to need a guide to get me to the entrance! I do realize that this is a temporary situation.

Wifi isn't so good

Hotel is Amazing!!! Location is very close to the station and opposite to migros that you can get things very easy. The room is clean. Reception​ is very hospitality and helpful. When we arrived and checked in the room that doesn't have nice view so we asked him to change the room to have city view. He gave us the city view, higher floor and upgrade us for free. And gave us useful information for traveling. I very recommend​ to stay here for sure. Breakfast​ is good.

Front staff seemed to be under construction so office seemed to be temporary. Some staff could spend more time helping foreign staff. Rooms have a large actual key which can be cumbersome. Bathroom is small the easy to leak water from shower.

It’s just not the same making a cup of tea with water from a coffee machine. Is it possible to provide a small kettle? The door to the bathroom/shower room also needed to be cleaned as it had fingerprint marks, but otherwise the room and bathroom were clean.

Comfortable spacious room. Coffee machine, coffee pods and tea bags provided. Very near to the main train station. Walking distance from the centre. Bus links nearby. I wasn’t expecting to receive a bus ticket from the hotel but that was very useful. Additionally received voucher codes for local museums and shops/restaurants; although I wasn’t able to take advantage of them it was nice to receive.

Stayed here for two nights. Located next to Luzern main train station and 5 minutes walk to the boat / ferry station (for those taking excursions etc). Rooms facing front of hotel are a bit noisy due to the location of the hotel. During my stay, upon request, I was moved by Nadim (at reception) to a room facing the courtyard. Newly renovated beautiful room. Super quiet (room 5002). Laura and Nadim at reception both were super helpful and courteous. There is a restaurant within the hotel which I didn’t try. McDonald’s, Burger King and a super market all literally across the street along with many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. I would give this hotel a 10+ for the location. Had a great comfortable stay at this property. Special THANK YOU to Nadim at reception for the awesome room upgrade!
