Breakfast was nice. good selection. Fresh fruit each morning. Comfy beds. Walter the bar manager was friendly and had great customer service for a relaxing evening watching sports on TV and enjoyed a snack meal.

Wifi was infuriatingly slow and intermittent. Getting more than 1 mbps was rare. Wouldn’t choose the hotel is you are planning to work from there. A/C and minifridge are LOUD

Metro Station (underground/subway) is literally around the corner, shopping district and currency exchange is also really close. Shower was hot and had great water pressure

No complaints really. The room we had was a large suite with two AC systems. We had to experiment with them in order to not be too cold at night. Otherwise everything else was fine. We recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location and friendly staff. The hotel is located on a pedestrian walkway and is away from busy traffic that is on nearby streets. I recommend that people stay at this hotel when they are in Santiago. A Papa Johns is located next door just in case one gets hungry for American food.

Our shower head was not adjustable so the spray was a bit high and went to the opposite end of the tub.

Breakfast was fine and available in a timely manner. Our room was made up each day and had plently of hot water and good AC.

Initially we had a double room and it was quite small so consider that in your room choice. I’d also ask for a higher floor as the second floor had a bit of street noise. Limited restaurant choice in the area after 8pm.

Good value for the money paid. It is a well run mid-range hotel in a central heritage location. The king room was quite large and while basic, the breakfast was sufficient.

The staff were so stuffy. I arrived at the hotel 240pm. Check in time was 3pm. I had a walking tour booked at 3pm. I explained this to them. They still insisted that I check my baggage with them and then check-in at 6pm (when i returned). I never I thought I would get such hassle for checking in 20mins early. I even said to them that the room didn't have to be 100%, just wanted to leave my bags in my room. It was strange for a 4 star hotel. Also, just would get weird looks from the doorman. This place needs some customer service training.

The accommodation was generally nice. The breakfast was delicious and rooms clean. It felt safe and was accessible to transit and other venues.

Miserable view from the room. Barstaff not motivated at all - kept very loud disturbing music playing even though there were only few couples Trient to hold a conversation.

One major incident the day before I left to go back to Canada, I went on a full day tour, I got back to the hotel around 5 to 5:30 pm, imagine my surprise when I got off the elevator and saw that my hotel room door was left open by the cleaners. I don’t know how long it was left open. I left my passport locked in suitcase. Luckily nothing was taken. I cannot imagine what would have happened if my room had been cleaned out. There was no management available, no accountability, all I could do was write a complaint in the complaint book.

Staff was friendly. Very helpful and answered my questions patiently.

Breakfast places not set up and food around on the floor despite there being lots of staff stood around chatting. Small rooms. Poor WiFi in some rooms.
