If I really have to say anything, it would be shampoo. They don’t provide it, but it’s not a big deal at all, we prepared for ourselves.

They are really sweet! - Decent amount of water prepared - At least 2 rolls of toilet paper prepared - Adapter prepared! About staff - Good communication: asked about arrival time in advance so they can better arrange giving you the key (you don’t have to see them in person, just go to the counter on 1F of the apartment building) - Responsive: we asked about the building code, laundry and payment, and all got response pretty quick on WhatsApp About Payment - Initially we have concern about paying through the link they sent because of multiple booking scam recently. But it turns out they are very trustworthy so definitely don’t worry about that. Paying through the website, you can get receipt and therefore can forward to the email they provide. About facility - You have everything you need! They have bowls, cups , pods, utensils, fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, hairdryer. You can do the laundry on 26F. Overall, it really feels like home!

AC hardly worked and lack of essentials in the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, soap)

It was a great stay, being so close to public transport and the center. The only thing is that the air conditioner is small and hardly worked. We were there when it was hot, but thank goodness the evenings cooled down and we just ended up opening the windows. Other than the AC and a lack of shampoo/conditioner/soap, I would definitely stay here again!

The accommodation was located right next to the underground station and had great connections both by foot and public transportation. The kitchen included everything that one might need and the host answered messages very fast.

The location of the apartment is near the subway station and very well located in the center of the city. There are several restaurants and touristic places nearby.

It is very noisy at night, but it's downtown Santiago, there's no way to find a quieter place. The fact that they don't have a regular credit card machine for payment like most businesses have: it shouldn't be so complicated to pay for the stay. Also, there's a beautiful swimming pool, but we're not allowed in it.

The place was cozy and cute. I enjoyed the attention to detail that made it feel home like. Excellent location: I could easily walk to most places I needed and wanted to go. Reception desk was friendly and helpful.

I didn't like that the apartment is situated next to the trash chute. I was on the 10th floor and could hear the trash "bombs" coming down the chute from the upper floors (I had at least 16 floors above me), so that was definitely not a pleasant experience. It was an incredibly small place by my standards. I think two large and or tall people would have a hard time adjusting to the space The building allowed dogs so it was not unusual to hear their barks throughout the day. I am of the opinion that it is cruel to have an animal especially a dog enclosed in an apartment

This very tiny apartment is located very near downtown Santiago where I needed to be at that moment. It was stocked adequately with kitchen items, such as a hot water kettle, a cute little stove, a little refrigerator, plates, cutlery, and of course dishes. I missed a toaster though. It had a very comfortable bed and a bathroom attached to the bedroom that had good running hot water which I dearly appreciated it. Being that it was winter. I did inform the owner that the hairdryer was not really working, and she did reply that she was sorry about that. That was very comforting but it didn't solve the issue. All in all, I would say that this place is good for a couple of days at the most. The neighborhood is not bad, but it is certainly not the best. I personally did not have any problems, the building itself has a security system and there are at least 1 to 2 persons monitoring the building 24/7. The street in which is situated is not wide, however, it is constantly busy with traffic and totally unsafe to cross to the other side. You have to walk a little bit to find the pedestrian crosswalk. DO NOT try to cross the street by the building.

WIFI and method of payments from the host! my experience there, dealing with the host regarding the WIFI and methods of payment for the remaining balance of my stay was horrible. After attempting to connect to internet, getting massages, so many people are using this address, my cell phone got frozen. My vacation was ruined, spending a whole day looking for an apple store to unfreeze the phone, not able to find the add.(no GPA), and not being able to pay the Airbnb indirectly! Very stressful dealing with the host. She/he was not accepting the credit card on my BOOKING account, which was not advertised in the description of the property! If they dont want to deal with Booking.com, they should NOT list their property there! Very unprofessional!

the host isn;t on site to check you in, responded pretty quickly but the pool is by reservation only, its not unlimited access which was a shame.
