You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Pathetic property, pathetic staff, no communication, bad rooms, bad toilet. They canceled my 1st day booking out of no reason just because they were over booked. The police got involved, they took us to another hotel for wish we had to pay extra. Next day also they had not reserved a room for us. Crazy bad experience. The worst experience ever of mine in any hotel of any country. All things combined, just plainly avoid.

I helped my friend book it, and compared to this price, it greatly exceeded expectations. It is located in the city center, with a convenient location and beautiful scenery. The room has a large balcony. It is clean and hygienic, and the front desk service is good. It's great, and my friend is very satisfied

LebanonI didn't like the hospitality. Nobody can communicate like an educated person and talk the english language. We had a hard time comprehending what they were saying by using google Translate. Furthermore, after a 10 hour flight, we arrived at the hotel tired and gave them the receipt of the booking, but they didn't lend us a room, and we already booked one by your app. I don't know if it is your fault or their fault or both. They told us all rooms were full. We then went to another hotel and booked a room. In the end, this was one of the worst hospitality of the worst hotels in the world, and if it was not their fault It was yours. Sorry to say these kinds of words, but it is the truth. We went through a lot that day.
I only liked the view, to be honest, and the cleaning service.
