You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

nothing really stood out to be honest, the staff were pleasant, the room was small but sufficient, it lacked any proper windows, just a few into the hallway, the breakfast was OK nothing to look forward to. here was free coffee in the reception area whih helped in the morning. and there is a large supermarket about 500 m away, its also a few streets from a fairly lively main street with bars and restaurants on so that was helpful.

BelgiumThe bathroom has mold high up on the walls and the ceiling. The beds are fairly small and not that comfortable.
The price is very reasonable and the staff is very friendly. The cat that sneaks into the building and surprised us when we woke up by meowing outside our room was (for us) a pleasant surprise. The 24 hour reception was also handy since we had to leave very early.

United KingdomThis hotel is VERY VERY noisy. Given the past reviews of staff talking very loudly early in the morning, the fact this is still happening suggests its done on purpose to get guests up and out. Workmen painting at 7am, making a racquet is also unacceptable. Also given the sustainability claims, serving someone sausages after you had told them you were vegetarian is not only a waste of food, but completely ignorant. A lot of the rooms do not have ventilation or windows, so we found ours to be very claustrophobic.
The location and reception staff were great. Also they stored our bags which was very kind. The price is low, but it needs to be given the other factors. Terrace area for breakfast is nice and free tea and coffee, but need to get rid of the plastic cups to claim sustainability conscious.
