Not worth the money, no wifi in the room, staff only there from 7am to 5pm

The wifi was horrible with it being very slow if working at all. There was no hot water in the shower and the bathroom had a weird smell. We also waited for 20 minutes when we arrived to get into the accommodation and the lady who let us in was bot overly welcoming (different one to the lady mentioned above).

Good location slightly off the really noisy area. Breakfast was simple, but lovely. The lady working there was very nice as well. The room had air conditioning and a fan, which is essential in the heat. The room was large so plenty of space for luggage etc. It was all very clean and beds made daily.

Room was missing a bit of charm. Would would have given 9 stars if following situation was addressed more proactively: during our entire stay there was no running water in the whole city. While other places informed their clients upfront and provided alternative solutions, our place was a bit slow to inform and react.

Nice location right at the edge of Getsemaní and a 15min walk from the old town. Quiet inner courtyard and spacious rooms.

No mirror in the bathroom, most of the outlets didn’t work and the internet was terrible.

Owner was very nice and she made a killer breakfast.

The staff do not speak English although it is advertised. Likewise, no card payment was accepted. This was also indicated. Cash payment only. There were a few items missing from the room that were advertised such as hairdryer and shower kit etc.

The location is fantastic. Directly in a lively part of town yet very quiet and peaceful at night.

It’s in need of maintenance, there is no reception after 5pm, our room was next to the street so it was very loud, the bathroom doesn’t have a curtain or anything to separate the shower, so you end up having water all over the floor that doesn’t seems to drain anywhere, probably it was just our room.

The hotel is well located, next to many bars and restaurants, breakfast was good and the woman that was there is extremely friendly.

Air con didn’t work too great and there was no hot water, for the price of the room it definitely wasn’t worth it.

The host waited up to let us in after arriving from a late flight into Cartagena and showed us around the room and property. Breakfast was nice and the room was big. Location was perfect in Getsemani.

Milena was a very helpful host. Breakfast was simple but lovely. Excellent location in the heart of Getsemeni. Comfortable air conditioned rooms, cleaned daily. Flat screen TV was a nice addition.

I was in the room by the street, noisy on the weekends but that wasn’t a surprise. light coming in from the lobby that couldn’t be blocked by shades, bed was sooo uncomfortable. but nice staff, patio, and location. Maybe worth the money if in a different room

While the booking says they have a laundry service, it appears the opposite it true. That aside, there's a wonderful laundromat a few blocks away that we made use of.

Located in the heart of the Getsemani district, there is plenty of food and art within an easy walking distance. The room had A/C which was perfect given the humid weather during our visit. The staff (Milena) was always accommodating, and breakfast was made to order (though the options are simple & remain the same each day).
