Furniture and bathroom are quite old, and the bed was partially sagging.

The hotel is a bit old but functional for a quick city visit. Close to La Candelaria and downtown, it provides a strategic starting point. The rooms are simple, and the wifi works well. Breakfast is tasty and rich.

The area near the hotel can become congested especially on Sundays. Not much ventilation in the interior rooms and other rooms with more natural light are better.

The rooms are clean with a comfortable bed. Staff is friendly and helpful and hot water for a shower. Generally, the hotel is very clean and very good value for the price. Taxi to the airport is easily arranged and not expensive. This is a good hotel and my choice when I return to Bogota.

We asked for transportation service to the festival we were attending to, the price was too high. Most of uber drivers charged us with 26.000 COP per trip, however the hotel charged us 170.000 COP which is around $40 USD for the service. I think it was overpriced.

Staff was polite and helped with anything we needed. The hotel is well located in the historic center of the city which makes it great to walk everywhere, especially Cerro Monserrate and other landmarks of the district. Street is a little bit lonely at nights.

I couldn't understand it, but even at the hotel reception, nobody knew a single word in English, making it nearly impossible to communicate with the staff even on the simplest matters.

The accommodation boasted a superb location with everything close by, offering comfort and private parking.

The front desk is agent is not helpful to lame only one lady that works at grave yard is helpful. They don't speak English and does not even make an effort to communicate.

The location is great bc it is walking distance (5-10min) from Bogotá downtown. Staff were very helpful and rooms have the basic amenities that you need. Everything was clean and no issues at all.

The staff is really nice and helpful, breakfast is amazing for the price and the location is perfect. Size of the room is big also, and it’s very clean.

Although the hotel was located close to the centre, the area itself did not seem a safe place, especially in the evenings. Also, the breakfast was below average, the eggs were soggy, and the rice was barely cooked.

The staff were very welcoming at the front desk. Jefferson, the security guard, was super helpful with moving our bags and making sure we were safe. The hotel room itself was very clean, and the beds were comfortable.

When checking-in, the room I was given had a broken louver window and a sink that was leaking. They were able to move me to another room. At night, the area around the hotel is a little shaky.

Every 15 minutes or so some machinery somewhere close to our room (the 5th floor), would kick in and be quite loud. It would then stop but it became quite annoying. Didn't wake us so I don't know if it stopped over night.

Really well located and great value for money. The buffet breakfast was really nice and substantial and all the staff welcoming. Clean rooms and hot water.
