We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWe did travel with my parents and kids, hotel is being under construction, walls cover on dust, elevator service is being used as principal elevator, sometimes is out of service and my mom is in a wheel chair with colon, liver and lung CA, i was very concern and wanted to check out and go to another hotel but being Christmas time i was afraid of not getting a hotel so we decided to stay because the administrator staff help us get a room without mold for my parents, give us a credit and apologize for the inconvenient.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast needs to improve - there were hard pancakes, burnt eggs and stale cereal. Poor quality. Wifi only worked in the lobby not in your room. There was a broken light or smoke detector in our room.
The location was nice and close to restaurants, shops and on the water. It was accesible when we left for our tour to Johnny Cay and Acuario. Nice pool and lobby area. Great concierge where we booked a Kawasaki and island tours.

BrazilStaff mood, the building, and the room smell like an old building, and forget wi-fi, only on the lobby with a poor connection.
The place is enormous but old. The service is ok, but the staff sometimes was too rude. The gym is pretty good and well-maintained. Breakfast is normal as any hotel, nothing special. I took a room with a sea view and the view is beautiful. It's an ok hotel, with a nice location, and for the price worth it.

Switzerlandthe hotel in under construction. you need to use the service lift. the AC in the rooms link water from the ceiling, falling all over the room. making it slippery to walk and making the bed constantly wet. no wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby and with very poor connection. but this is a general issue in the entire island.
