La entrada a la ducha es algo incomoda, la textura de las toallas es muy aspera.

Queda en un excelente sitio cerca a provenza ( < 10 mins caminando), agradable entorno. Hotel elegante limpio y con staff muy bueno siempre dispuesto a ayudar en lo que se necesite. El desayuno es muy completo y delicioso

The location was not the greatest, on the edge of Poblado in a street that was hard to reach with cars. Nothing bad, it's a short walking distance from restaurants and all, but a tour bus we took asked us to walk 2 streets over and taxis also had to go around.

The free breakfast and the room itself was great. Also, the staff helped us with a lot of questions.

again,.. probably the super boring breakfast, untrained wait staff in the restaurant,, not much else to say on this matter

breakfast is probably thier weakest link.. very simple, basic, etc,(almost bland at times, so thank God for Starbucks nearbye) but they do try to cover all the basics for breakfast.. the hotel has alot of dark mahogany business style decor, always clean and neat, pretty helpful staff below.. the restaurant has some good options to be fair, but not enough to keep me there every day and night.. but, many of the dishes are cooked very well with many different (ethnic) options available to everyone..the wait staff in the restaurant can either be on spot if you are the only one in the restaurant, or be prepared for waiting for things that you may need during your stay in the restaurant if there is more than 3-4 tables at the same time.. it is not the chef as much as it is the staff seemingly going brain dead..There are sooooo many toursits there that prefer good service aswe get in the states, so the expectation is high, and the staff just may not be trained appropriately..the hotel is not in my fav. part of poblado, but a short walk (5 minutes) to the main streets that give alot more options(especially at night), and of course a taxi ride is always inexpensive when in medellin..no pool, not much of a gym, so it has some limitations, but otherwse clean orderly, and pleasant..one elevator per tower, but for some reason, even when fully booked, that does not seem to be a long wait to get elevator service. the ladies for check in are always super kind and professional, and Alejandro the bell hop speak fluent English and makes everything you need as a tourist easier to achieve

Room looked a bit old, the couch was very used and a bit teared up. Can be improved and a bit modernized.

Breakfast was awesome and staff so friendly, especially Daniella! Room was spacious and quiet, cool enough with the heatwave outside. Room service was great, staff at the reception very polite and ready to help.

Excellent breakfast - variety of fresh fruit and tasty omelettes. Breakfast coffee was surprisingly disappointing. Not so if ordered separately. Friendly and helpful staff throughout.

The hotel and the staff were exceptional. So helpful and everyone spoke english which is NOT common in Medellin. Hotel was clean and the restaurant was very good. Fully recommend, would stay there again.

The walk from the metro station was a bit longer and steeper and more crowded than we expected.

The internet is a little spotty. I wish they had a better and more reliable internet service. Would also be great if there was an onsite ATM.

Wonderful local property with plenty of rooms. Friendly and professional staff. Open air breakfast is great even when it’s rainy. Food was very good. Lots of places within walking distance.
