I traveled the world and live in one of the most expensive cities in the world NYC, but never saw nor heard any hotel sells Ice for the room service order... And honestly, I won't go back for your hotel because I was treated cheaply... I am not a cheap customer as I even upgraded my room and paid $160 extra to get a better view, but to sell me Ice in my room, I consider that a rip off...all the best.
