This petit hotel is beyond beautiful. It has a great location, very quiet, it also offers parking. Breakfast is great, with a beautiful view. The hotel is very cozy, as well as the rooms. Staff is amazing, very helpful and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Nice, clean place. Secure building. The couch was very comfortable. A few blocks from the bus stop (restaurants along that street), convenience store a few steps away. The host Cecilia was great with the communication.

The staff on the evening shift is not very nice, not welcoming neither happy to help, almost like we bothered them. I had to change rooms three times. First one, the hot water in the shower wasn’t working, considering it’s fall and it’s freezing, not very convenient. Second time, the room we were given instead of the first one was reserved, then they gave us a room where the heating unit didn’t work so we had to change again. For the last room, the reception guy from the evening shift wanted us to go downstairs to pick up the keys instead of meeting us in the new room, at least for consideration for all the inconveniences we had, which was very disappointing and upsetting.
