We stayed at this property as we were visiting family in Mieders for a few days. The town is quaint and beautiful, with this property a short walk from our family, the grocery store, bank, local restaurant, and bus stop. The facility was clean, quiet, and modern. We would definitely return :)

The tub floor was very slippery and could benefit from the addition of a non-slip mat. Everything else was fantastic :)

We liked the location of this hotel. The room was very comfortable and two 👍 up for the comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Pool had Long opening times, Spa was not crowded. Room size was above average.

Property has seen better days. Some of the areas dedicated for children were not properly cleaned. Breakfast and Dinner was only available in limited quantity and running out before all guests could eat. All in all the attention to detail seemed not up to the standards one would expect from a 4* hotel.

Checking in was difficult because we had no internet and not able to access our email with directions. When we finally were able to call the woman on the phone was rude. The sign said breakfast was 6.95 so we were shocked when it was actually 15.00 Euros.
