I stayed in a glamping tent and it was fantastic! The bed was cosy, the room spacious, and everything was impeccably clean. There was everything I needed plus more - even a mini fridge to store food and a kettle for tea/coffee in the mornings. The shared bathroom/shower facilities were clean and never too busy. I also highly recommend the food at the bar (I never at Mimi’s but just at the restaurant) - previous reviews hadn’t mentioned much about the food but it was phenomenal!! There is only wifi available in this shared communal area, but it worked like a dream. And it was nice being disconnected otherwise! The staff were amazing!! They were accommodating and communicative. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Cooinda lodge is one of my favourite places I’ve ever stayed. Highly recommend.

Lovely mountain cabin that was clean and comfortable. Large kitchen and dining space along with lounge area heated by wood stove. Each bedroom had comfortable bed and warm linens with wall heater and heated mattress pad. Large wardrobe as well. Wonderful big bathroom with great hot water and ceiling heating. Lots of wood provided for wood stove. Easy walk across street to Cradle Mountain Visitor Center. We also walked to Devils @Cradle to see and learn about Tasmanian Devils. Bring your groceries to cook in the lovely kitchen and in nice weather there is a back porch. The area is beautiful and very quiet and private. Lovely check in staff and you can purchase beer and wine at reception. We loved our stay in the Currawong cabin.

The glass on the windows were dirty throughout the house. you could barely see the view. No salt and pepper in the kitchen. The chairs in the dining were metal and made a huge noise against the tiles floor. The over all insulation was poor. In other words, the noise carries very easily from one room to nother.

Finger marks on appliances. Ranch sliders had cotton buds inside them, glass on windows were not clean.Had a problem with getting my keys on sunday and poor communication.

Cold, sterile and lacking any personality. Mismatched furniture, no rugs (just cold tile floors) and grubby couch. Only 2 pillows and very uncomfortable bed. Felt like a prison cell.

Half the lights didn't work, power socket just about to fall off. Bathroom was made for a very short person, you are bending to just wash hands. Shower very slippery. Balcony door was hard to open as it scratches along the bottom.
