the location of this property is fantastic. Within walking distance to Flynns Beach and driving distance to everything in Port Macquarie. It is a good size with a large kitchen, dining room, living room and a very comfortable king bed. The shower is lovely. We have stayed here several times and always request the same room as we love to sit in bed and look out to the creek/forest area out the back. Our request has always been granted.

Apparently Autumn is very wet in Port Macquarie so it rained most the time we were there. Whilst it is nice to see the forest area and listen to the birds in that weather, it is not great for visiting the beach!

It was in a great location. The beach and river were so close. The room was airy. The shared kitchen was big and it was good it had 2 toilets. The staff were quick to respond with any requests and questions.

Only one shower to share with everyone was a bit of a stretch. The floor seemed to be always wet and soggy. There should be designated shelves in the fridge per room.

Great motel for us, gave us a sink and decent sized fridge. Very comfortable bed, spacious bedroom and separate lounge/kitchen area. Wi-Fi worked well.

Everytime the toilet flushed upstairs, we felt an earthquake in the room :) The room had a weird smell too, had to open the balcony door to aerate the room.
