Location is excellent - very close to everything including public transport. Car parking is easy to access as well. Bed was comfortable and because it was an accessible room, it was spacious. Room was clean.

It's usually hard for me to find what I don't like about a hotel as I have particular expectations when travelling and being away from home comforts, however I was extremely disappointed to discover there was only one double powerpoint available in the room which meant pulling out the hotel's equipment so I could boil the jug, use my computer and charge my devices. Most disappointing was that I couldn't use my CPAP therapy device as the powerpoint was too far away from the bed so on top of the window coverings not being sufficient to darken the room from the building's lighting, both of these factors did not help for a restful sleep.

Great location. Just a few minutes from the tram and queen Victoria building. Walkable to circular Quay and darling harbor. It's just a perfect spot. The room was clean and friendly staff.

They changed rooms in between the stay for some maintenance and was a bit of inconvenience for my in laws as they are old. The bar is nice, but a couple of $ more for the same beer down the street.

Very comfortable room and house. Slept well in the bed.

The breakfast needs to be on offer earlier than 8:30am. I had an appointment in Lennox Head at 9am, and so breakfast at 8:30am was far too late. I also get up at around 5am and start working. Breakfast from 7am would be more appropriate.

Room was never vacuumed. Bathroom floor dirty and never mopped. Very dusty. Unfortunately, excessive construction noise next door before 7am on some days and past 7pm of an evening.

The apartment was furnished very cheaply, lots of plastic plants and the furniture was old. The computer desk didn’t have a power point near it so a waste of space. There were no plastic wine glasses to take to the pool area. I expected a lot more for the price. I wouldn’t chose to stay in that apartment again. We did stay in one on the ground floor last year and it was beautifully set out and had a king size bed. Might be worth investing a little bit of time and money to make it more up market and a nicer experience.
