The location is excellent, very close to restaurants and cafes on Darby Street. The room and bathroom are a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful.

The device to switch the hand shower to the rain shower didn't work. Hence water came from both sources continuously once you turned the shower on. The room is overlooked by other rooms. Therefore, we needed to keep the blinds closed for much of our stay. This was annoying. The $25 per night on-site parking fee is a bit steep. I have stayed in this hotel a number of times previously and my experience on these occasions was more positive.

Great ambiance in the lounge/bar. Clean rooms. Tastefully decorated hotel in general. The free mini bar was an unexpected plus! Very close to the lake and a run/workout. Good breakfast and very friendly staff.

Could have been higher up in the building - the rooms on Level 1 are rather dark. No other complaints :-)

Restaurant was good and definitely convenient. Staff very friendly. View from back verandah was lovely.

Access to carparking space outside unit was difficult to maneourve. Driveway was wet and slippery, needing to use 4WD to get up ramp. Very little turning circle to carparking space itself.

The bathroom in the master bedroom Broken door panels on the bathroom door, leading to full view inside the bathroom/toilet. Had to close the bedroom door when the bathroom was being used. Very very inconvenient and not practical at all. Bathroom door didn't have a lock or door handle
