staff were friendly and helpful. Food was amazing. This includes both the room service and the restaurant. Overall had a very relaxing getaway with friends.

Service unfailingly pleasant but woefully amateur. Young inexperienced staff with little evident supervision. Housekeeping failed to clear used cups/glasses or restock minibar. Warned at check in to check bill as “often mistakes made” - and glad we did! Bar staff and waitstaff eating and talking loudly in the bar with customers present - not professional. Two cocktails and a coke took 20 minutes to prepare by two bartenders for the only 3 customers there. Need better training and supervision all round.

No one made up our room, it was difficult to find clean plates at breakfast-even those that were meant to have been washed were still dirty, and parking was expensive.
