A decent, comfortable hotel, nice staff, rooms are specious and well designed, equipped with a a small but practical kitchenette offering a sufficient amount of utensils. The location is good if you want to be a little further away from the city centre bustle, yet close to shops and transportation communication. Parks, bis stops and the closest subway station are at a walking distance. It actually takes only an hour or so to get to the city centre (e.g 28 May and Torgovaya area) on foot. Folks at the reception are very nice and sweet— they are truly what makes this hotel a winner!

Cleaning could be improved. I stayed at this hotel twice, and the first time I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room much better than during my second stay. I specifically informed the hotel prior to my arrival that I was allergic to dust and dirt and asked them to make an extra effort in deep cleaning and disinfecting the room and all the amenities. They confirmed they would. But on my check-in I found out that the shower cabin was not super clean and was smelling weirdly. The balcony area (it’s actually not a full fledged balcony, just a foot-long extinction from the room with a door that opens to the street) and the doors were covered in layers of dust. I asked that they double clean the room, the balcony doors the following day and requested that the shower cabin get cleaned with chlorine or some other powerful disinfectants. The receptionists were super nice and sweet and told me they had taken a note and would inform the cleaning staff. When I returned to the hotel at night, the room was just superficially cleaned, shower cabin doors still stained with the water spots. The balcony door was wiped but the floor in the tiny balcony area and the doorframe as well as the door screen were all as dusty as before. It is a windy area, right on the road, and with all this dust I developed a rash all over my body (which was the reason why I had informed the hotel multiple times about my allergy). Oh well! The second thing to note -again, for those who have trouble sleeping -one side of the hotel specifically, the one with rooms overlooking the Atatürk Avenue and the park, is super nosy, with traffic never stopping at any hour of the day and night. It is definitely not the hotel’s fault 😃But good to consider for folks who need a quiet space to get that quality night sleep.

A very nice hotel, my only favorite hotel in Ganja in fact. I keep returning there over time. Very clean rooms, super smiley and helpful staff, a decent restaurant with a nice adjacent bar to sip delicious Illy coffee. Nice breakfast? With a choice of Ganja’s delicious diary products.

It would be great to also have a small gym area there -but then I guess this place will be just a Heaven. Also, coffee they serve at breakfast is just instant coffee poured into the pots. It’s a shame that you have to pay extra at the bar next door if you want brewed, proper coffee instead of that instant coffee. This is a problem of many hotels throughout the regions of Azerbaijan, where hotels have coffee machines but at breakfast they only serve instant coffee unless you pay an extra fee for the machine coffee.
