we enjoyed the location very much, close to the metro, just opposite of edificio Italia which has a nice bar at the top to get a view from Sao Paulo (they do charge entry fee though). walking distance to nearly all places of interest in downtown Sao Paulo. Breakfast was good but small, you only get filter coffee although there is an espresso machine (pay extra)

We didn't get the door code before arrival, so that's a bit uncomfortable when you arrive. There is a reception though that can help you out with codes and keys. The door technology (keyboard with code) was unpracticable to handle (no confirmation sounds), after a few trials the door is locked and you need a key from the reception to get in 😕

We loved it! The landscape is stunning! The place was super comfortable and clean, and the staff were amazing – so friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was delicious, and breakfast had a lot of great options to choose from. Overall, highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing spot.

One suggestion would be to offer free transportation to the hotel since it's not easy to reach without renting a car. The rental isn’t too expensive, but it would be a nice touch if the pousada offered it as a courtesy given the price of the stay.

The bed was not made properly. We could see the top mattress. Also the bed sheets had make up on it and wholes. We had to change rooms 4 times because all of them seemed with dirty bed sheets.
