Can't beat the location in the James Bay district of Victoria BC. Just 2 blocks from the Inner Harbor, coffee shops,, restaurants the Empress Hotel, Royal BC Museum, and the Victoria BC Parliament building.

Room & Bath could use some modernizing (an elongated toilet would be appreciated!-), but, overall, the accomodations were fine. The power strip outlets were too loose to hold any plugs.

Very nice basement apartment in an upscale neighbourhood. Perfect accommodation for 2 couples.

Lack of condiments. The only thing offered was coffee, sugar, salt & pepper. Cupboards had lots of kitchen ware for dining/cooking but no extras.

Room was not as suitable for a disabled person as we would have liked. No handhold bars in shower. We did get a shower chair that helped. No great scenic views from this property.

Staff were not willing to accommodate billing request. Needed billing to be split with co-worker and the staff were unwilling to help with that!
