The hotel needs some upgrading, we have been staying at this hotel many times in the last 10-15 years and the rooms and galley kitchen are still the same.

Best welcome ever! AMAZING view! Appreciated the 24 hour coffee, tea, water. Small and cozy resort! Grounds are beautiful! AC being installed!

Friendly staff. Nice ambience. Bathtub was great. Coffee machine and coffee was good. Parking was off road and easy.

Cars are parked quite close to the room windows and early departures woke us up as we needed to have our window open for fresh air. Breakfasts used to be better and there used to be a nice touch by having some sherry waiting in the room.

Location was super quiet. The studio was well appointed. My daughter and I felt very safe.

We were a little farther away from town than we had expected. This was more about our own lack of knowledge about the area than it was about the description offered by our hosts. Finding the entrance was a little tricky. Again, the directions offered made complete sense once we got oriented correctly, but we were definitely on the struggle bus at first.

The staff at the reception, they weren’t too nice, only one guy that helped me with my bags at the very end today. The fact that the pool and gym were in renovations. They offered I could use the pool from the hotel on the other side of the road, but that was not the point, even if in the confirmation email they gave me notice, I couldn’t cancel because it was non refundable… so, for the value I paid, I expected all amenities listed on the platform to be open.
