The falls view from the hotel rooms is breathtaking. The rooms were clean and functional. The bathroom was clean. Staff were courteous and customer centric. The location of the hotel is good, easy access to the falls.

I should have shut off the AC at night. It woke me a couple of times. Finally shut it off. Not anything wrong, just my own adjustments to make.

The description lets you know that street parking is available, what they don't tell you is that from Monday to Saturday 9am-5pm (some places until 6pm) there is a two hour time limit. This is for ALL the surrounding streets. If you are spending the day in town and not using your car, you have to move it EVERY two hours. VERY inconvenient. For this reason alone I would not stay at this condo again. But wait... there's more... the washroom was quite dusty. There were no paper towels or garbage bags in the kitchen, the dish soap had water added to it instead of replacing it. You can hear every step the people above you take. Your view is the parking lot (that you can't park in).

Check your credit card statement. They charged me twice on two different dates. I had to call 4 times because they kept saying there was only one charge on file but my visa clearly had two. Persistence paid off and they eventually “found” their error and reimbursed me. Also, they charged me for a water bottle I never drank. So I repeat, check your credit card statement. Something stinks here.
