No sugar, 2 coffee pods, there were 6 of us. Didn't think about climbing stairs up 4 floors. We are ages 71-77. Many things broken. Few towels, one dish towel! 2 coffee pods, no sugar, watered down dish soap. Tub wouldn't drain. Door broken in main bathroom, couldn't close, all used master bath, all 6. French press broken and most dishes cracked. No Pitcher to make tea. Blinds didn't work in main bathroom or kitchen. I realize some guests are rough on visits.

The pullout couch is awful & uncomfortable, mattresses need to be changed for new ones. The toilets need to be fixed & upgraded. And I’m wondering if First Nations families always get put in suite 319? Seems like every time I book a suite, it’s always 319.

It's an old rundown motor lodge. The room was small and the bathroom tiny. The wood panels on the walls are dusty. It's old and beat up. There's one window looking at the parking lot.

Our arrival was late (10pm) (we informed this earlier), and unfortunately the property was not clean. We were tired and looking forward to settle quickly. We were able to reach out the landlord and thankfully he switched with another clean apartment, which was definitely better. He was kind and responsive. We will prefer this apartment again for our next stay.

Literally no communication with host . Was outside for two hours trying to contact host in every way possible even from their ring bell. NO lock box as instructed . Seems like a money scam to me, probably got banned off Airbnb and tried hosting here . Don't go here
