The exceptional welcome was honestly the best travel experience I’ve ever had - you are looked after here more than in a 5 star hotel! From a complementary airport pickup with complementary breakfast, coffee, fruit, bikes etc etc these guys deserve the biggest tip - they work so hard to ensure their guests are happy , it’s really special. I will be forever grateful at the welcome we received

The rooms are colourful and clean but possibly too hot to be inside in the daytime. As my daughter was sick we had to be in the room, but were given an extra fan, which helped. The kitchen area is a good place to hang out, cooler & a good place to chat to other travelers

Breakfast was ok. Liked that it was adults only , surprised the bar closed at 10. It’s close to town compared to most resorts, about a 30 minute walk. Buses go in both directions once an hour, but after 4:30 pm you have to take the clockwise bus which takes about an hour.

The beach was not at all sandy , mainly rocks and coral, which is why nobody was on it! The pool was tiny. No free internet and the tv has only one channel which is blurry and basically unwatchable. Make sure you download films before you go! You can’t drink the water but they don’t provide a bottle refilling station.

Honestly everything! The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was amazing and the view was incredible, also. They provided every gear you might want. It was an amazing place and if I come back to Rarotonga I will definitely be staying here again.

The only thing that might be a negative is it isn’t in the best location. This isn’t saying the location is bad because it isn’t at all.

Breakfast basic but adequate, eggs not included but available to order. Great lunch choices. Island fire dance night and island food was very good! Lots of choices. Had some great dinners there. Sheltered from the strong winds that can come up.

Could not really fault anything, staff lovely and friendly. We did stay in a beachfront villa, so what's not to like?

We loved our 2 weeks stay. The hotel is located on the prettiest beach in my opinion and the hotel itself was very comfortable and clean. Staff were amazing. The views from any of the rooms is stunning.

The only negative comment is about the restaurant. The food was not great value nor great quality. The breakfast was ok, but options were lacking. However, I would not let this deter anyone as the hotel is great value and the beach was perfect. We will 100% be back.

The location was fantastic with a garden full of palm trees and 20m from the beach front. The sunsets were beautiful.
