Positive section of review
The hotel is close to the city center, you can walk in 15 minutes or you can use the tram just in front of the hotel. The room that we stayed was very big and it was so comfortable for us with our 2,5 years old girl. They prepared an extra bed for her but while we asked for a crib they immediately brought it to the room. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. While making the reservation on booking I had asked to check out at 2 pm and they let us for it without extra payment.

I may say nothing but if I had to say anything I would say it could be more close to the center so we can walk not 15 minutes but 5 minutes:)

Convenient to the subway and to walk everywhere we wanted to go. No cars allowed and it was quiet for general pedestrian traffic although there was some revelry which passed quickly from the ice hockey championship. The staff as well as the breakfast were excellent.

We were upgraded which was nice but I don’t think older folks should handle the narrow twisting staircase to the bedroom. We left our luggage on the first level and thankfully there was a bathroom upstairs as well.

The hotel was in a very good location, it was clean and the breakfast was very good. This hotel is located right on the river. We were on the first floor and our room had patio doors leading right out onto the deck/river. Beautiful!!

It was a bit difficult to find the hotel. Perhaps a sign showing the alley/walkway to the hotel.

The location is amazing, only steps away from the main attraction. The space was big for the family of four. The building is quaint and tastefully decorated.

There are many stairs to get to the room and in the room. It did not bother us but won’t suit people with mobility challenges.

They would not clean the room and change towels for days, we asked several times their answer was always yes but yet we would come back and the situation was the same, at the end we brought those nasty towels to the reception for ourselves.
