A really nice quiet garden out the back, very close to Turmstrasse tram, and just across the road from a nice park (Kleine Tiergarten). I was also grateful to be provided with a kettle so I could make a cup of tea in my own room.

The bathroom was extremely tiny and squeezy. Fortunately I am only 157 cm in height so I was able to sit on the toilet seat without my knees scraping the wall, but a bigger person would definitely not fit!

Great facility, with a modern and and excellent restaurant very close, 200 m Eatery) and a caffe for breakfast not even 100 m. Very quiet.

It would seem that the hotel has failed to have its elevator serviced on a regular basis, instead waiting for it to malfunction before calling in a repair crew, which of course could never arrive soon enough to prevent guests from having to haul luggage up three or more flights of stairs.

I guess the room has not been rented for a long time, and it was dusty a bit. I had to clean the electric kettle before use. There wasn't a bottle of water, and I had to use tap water to fill up the kettle, which was not easy. When I wanted to drink a 3-in-1 coffee, I didn't find a spoon, so I decided to ask them, but the room didn't have a phone. 😐
