Just a short stroll away from the bustling train station. Location is fantastic and the coffee itself from the Coffee Fellows Shop is great. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Whether you're here for business or leisure, its unbeatable location and inviting atmosphere ensure a delightful experience from start to finish.

In the room, there is neither a water kettle nor a coffee machine available. Coffee is exclusively obtainable from the adjacent coffee shop. However, it's essential to note that the coffee shop is closed before 7 am. Therefore, guests departing early in the morning may find it inaccessible. Regrettably, there are no nearby alternatives for obtaining beverages before 7 am. In the event of the coffee shop's closure, access to coffee, water, or soft drinks is not possible. Moreover, overnight guests may encounter difficulties in acquiring refreshments as there are limited options available. Given the perceived safety concerns in the area, venturing outside the hotel premises to search for alternative sources of refreshment may not be advisable. Additionally, the absence of a refrigerator in the room further limits access to perishable items. Furthermore, the provision of only one pillow per bedside may prove insufficient for some guests' comfort preferences, particularly those desiring additional support for a restful sleep experience.

Great choice for breakfast nice rooms walking distance into town and to the train station or bus station. Loads of bars and restaurants locally very clean town.

I didn't see any nightclubs local to the town but I'm more into the bar culture. But this has nothing to do with the hotel,and would be happy to stay here again 5* from me.

The property seems is clean updated. Rooms weee well equipped and modern. It had a small Fridge, kettle and ample wall plugs to charge devises.

Hotels are an industry that CATERS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. There are many hotels to choose from- especially in your location. There is another hotel located DIRECTLY across from this establishment, which OFFERS FREE PARKING, where your hotel is PAID. It is significantly larger than your hotel, and in addition, it has a restaurant on the property where yours does NOT. But what sets an establishment above others is the level of service it provides to its customers. The first encounter a customer has with your staff- which is more often at CHECK IN can set the tone of the entire stay at your facility. That being said, upon our check in- the woman at the front desk was not only RUDE AND IGNORANT but totally disrespectful to myself and my spouse. Once our reservation was pulled up she automatically assumed that we were tourist because an old out of country address was in our booking profile. She demanded that we show our passport. When we tried to inform her that the address was outdated, we have resided in Germany since 2019 and don’t carry our passports when traveling inside Germany. She RUDELY stated that on the booking website it states we were from Honolulu Hawaii, we tried to explain the situation again to her. We even offered our GERMAN DRIVERS LICENSE AND GERMAN ADAC MEMBERSHIP CARD as proof. She then rudely stated THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM. No, actually that is NOT the answer to THIS a situation. Your job is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Your JOB is to ensure you provide the best service for your customers to ensure they will want to return to your establishment and spend their money there when there are ENDLESS OTHER HOTELS to choose from. My husband finally got her to accept our GERMAN DRIVERS LICENSE. The front desk is the first impression for your establishment and having a RUDE IGNORANT woman as a first contact to represent your hotel is not the way you run a hotel. There is hotel DIRECTLY OPPOSITE with FREE parking. I will give them my money next time.
