The location is close to the central station so it was convenience. I booked one of the 4 bunk bed room, but forget to book the female one but the kind staff gave me the one with the female :) *which I think they always do so and it's so helpful! I imagine if you're going with your fam or with group of people it would be even better:) I have no complain about the room, first thing first everything was clean and I think it's worth the price. The bed was super comfy, new bedsheets and blanket. There is read lamp for each bed and socket near bed. Our room also have little chairs and table, which is nice because it ease me to work a little before bed and continue exploring the city the next morning. All in all I love it! Thank you a&o! Last, I just want to make a little note about the size of the bed. As an asian woman, I think it's perfect.

The rooms are located in an establishment where they grow fruit trees and make alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from them. The establishment is magnificent, tastefully decorated. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is good. There are common areas: living room, dining room, kitchen and patio. The kitchen is fully equipped (there are even condiments). Laundry can also be washed and hung out (2 euros for 1 load of laudry). Toilet paper, towels and hygiene products are also available. There's an enclosed bicycle garage. Check-in and check-out are also easy.

About 10 minutes drive from town but loads of bars and restaurants around the hotel. About 2 walk to the bus stop and quit regular into town.A 5* from me.

The property seems is clean updated. Rooms weee well equipped and modern. It had a small Fridge, kettle and ample wall plugs to charge devises.

Hotels are an industry that CATERS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. There are many hotels to choose from- especially in your location. There is another hotel located DIRECTLY across from this establishment, which OFFERS FREE PARKING, where your hotel is PAID. It is significantly larger than your hotel, and in addition, it has a restaurant on the property where yours does NOT. But what sets an establishment above others is the level of service it provides to its customers. The first encounter a customer has with your staff- which is more often at CHECK IN can set the tone of the entire stay at your facility. That being said, upon our check in- the woman at the front desk was not only RUDE AND IGNORANT but totally disrespectful to myself and my spouse. Once our reservation was pulled up she automatically assumed that we were tourist because an old out of country address was in our booking profile. She demanded that we show our passport. When we tried to inform her that the address was outdated, we have resided in Germany since 2019 and don’t carry our passports when traveling inside Germany. She RUDELY stated that on the booking website it states we were from Honolulu Hawaii, we tried to explain the situation again to her. We even offered our GERMAN DRIVERS LICENSE AND GERMAN ADAC MEMBERSHIP CARD as proof. She then rudely stated THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM. No, actually that is NOT the answer to THIS a situation. Your job is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Your JOB is to ensure you provide the best service for your customers to ensure they will want to return to your establishment and spend their money there when there are ENDLESS OTHER HOTELS to choose from. My husband finally got her to accept our GERMAN DRIVERS LICENSE. The front desk is the first impression for your establishment and having a RUDE IGNORANT woman as a first contact to represent your hotel is not the way you run a hotel. There is hotel DIRECTLY OPPOSITE with FREE parking. I will give them my money next time.
