The place was perfect with all the little details taken care of: the new dishwasher cloths and sponge, little heart shaped candies and two bottles of Prosecco to meet and greet etc. It was also very clean. Prepaid tourist transport cards were soooo helpful and totally paid off as we were using ferries, buses and trains to get to nearby hiking start points a lot. The cards were prepared by the host, which was incredibly thoughtful! The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet with lots of birds singing, perfect for the peace of mind.

It is hard to rate staff at a digital hotel that does not have staff. The cleaning staff we met were nice. If I rate staff interaction as 1 star because there was no staff it hurts a great hotel. I used 4 stars to keep from hurting the hotel, but to show your lack of a proper rating. You need to add N/A like most good surveys use to reflect the actual services used.

I was very happy with the service I got from couple of the staff, the location was great and I was pleased I got to stay somewhere easy to get around and I was near the zoo and aquarium.

I wasn’t happy with the manager not helping me with the euros I had I had to get change from another hotel also the pillow were uncomfortable and need changing. The manager needs to work at her customer service better her attuide wasn’t friendly

Very Smelly Toilettes. Paper in toilette. Soap is the worst I had. Shampoo tiny bit good for nothing. Electrical box in bathroom for heating water for shower makes funny noise. Feared it can electrify the shower. )-:. Very old heavy blanket. The Hotel should be more generous and use better quality shower soaps
