superfriendly staff , stayed with family and had a huge room with 4 beds and babybed and still felt super spatious. Gigantic tv , nice bathroom. Breakfast was better than the standard hotel breakfast. Similar but very good quality. Kids could make their own waffles , which is great. Needs to be repeated that the staff is superfriendly. Only encountered this treatment at 5 star hotels. The price was super good value. Very nice decor as well and free parking at the hotel + checkout until 11. its like hotel heaven

Being so close to the city center was great, the house was very clean and exceptionally well equipped. The host was quick to answer, very considerate in the timing of information and the provided goodies. Also it was great to have four keys and the key boxes outside which reduced organizational effort within our group.

It was very modern and clean. The room was spacious. It is about a mile from the main train station which is definitely walkable. If that is too far, you can take the S Bahn to the Donnersbergerbrüke station and only have to walk about 4 blocks.

While the cost of the room was reasonable, the cost of food~either breakfast which was not included with the room or meals in the restaurant~was vert expensive. My husband and I spent $65.00 for two beers and two large salads with chicken.

Great location - 5 minutes away from Alexanderplatz with the metro&bus stations right outside of the hotel. Lively neighbourhood which feels safe at any time of the day/night and clean, comfortable rooms.

It was a real great experience comparing with other hotel we stay in Heilbronn city, location was close to the city center, Staff was so helpful specially one Arabic girl I don't know what was here name.
