I loved the property! It was a really beautiful property. We stayed on the adult only side, I really liked Ana at the front desk and David at guest services. Victor, was the best professional driver and made sure we didn’t miss out excursion. And Yordan our house keeper made the room very special for us with roses and made sure we had a fully stocked min fridge everyday.

The cigar employee Rosa, was very rude. On the first day my husband bought a cigars and a new lighter. She was refused to help him located a chocolate cigar, and sold us a lighter they stopped working after a few days. My husband and I went back the cigar shop several times during our trip and each time she was very rude to us. On the last night before we left, we tried to exchange the lighter. She refused to look into the book to see our purchase. KEEP ALL YOUR RECEIPTS!!!! Or take a picture. At the end of the day she refused to exchange the lighter due to us not having a the receipt. Her customer service we terrible. That was the only down side to the trip.

The property is located in one of the best parts of the coastal town of Nagua. Most of the rooms/apartments overlook the Atlantic Ocean. Another point to highlight is that the property is impeccably clean, although occupied rooms/apartments are refresh only every three days.

What I don’t like: - there no phones in the rooms/apartments - Walk up to the third floor. Lazy me😊 - No lamps on night table . Only the ceiling lights - No courtesy bottles of water in the room/apartments.

My view was spectacular as the pool was right in my good view. The cleaners were always onsite cleaning and making sure the surrounding is serene. The pool was cleaned multiple times a day to ensure it's pristine for everyone's use.

I had problem with my internet as it did not work as expected. Though I had someone come check it and provide me with an alternative, this alternative however, was not fast enough as I could only get about 5-6 Mbps. Further, the towels were old and you could feel them rip when stretched a little bit (I would strongly recommend replacing them ASAP). In addition, the toilet flushing system is not the best in my opinion as it takes multiple attempt to have it drained.

Location is excellent, last min and late check in. Basic, small room. Clean. Quiet and comfortable. Decent price. Air conditioned.

Very Dated but clean. No fuss or frills. Fyi No usb outlets. Bathroom had a leak from upstairs. Outlet in bathroom didnt work for shaver etc. First room given someone had been heavily smoking but they kindly changed our room. Good for a night. Not sure about wifi or breakfast.

The bathroom of the standard room is poor and there is no picture of it in Booking. It’s tricky. Also, the restaurants have no A/C. We moved to Royal La Romana.

I loved the property, but the only thing preventing me from booking it again is two (2) rooms have bunk beds. I recommend replacing those with two queen beds.
