The location is a top location on a relatively quiet part of the boardwalk that is close to many shops and restaurants. The view from the 11th floor is excellent. The high story, combined with the location of the building, gives you a great view of the water. The balcony is large and is pleasant for boat and people watching. The owner/manager was very accommodating and responsive for any questions or issues I had regarding the reservation process, check in process or the apartment itself.

The apartment really needs a "user manual" to explain how thing "work" in the apartment like the air conditioning (tip: it shuts off every time the door or balcony is opened), stove top (tip: turn it on " | " button and then hold down the lock button till the controls unlock.), the combo microwave/oven (must be an European thing), the washing machine, the key fob to open and close the downstairs door, etc. The furnishings in the apartment are minimal, and in some cases lacking given the price of the apartment. Most notably, the love seat (small sofa) is small and very uncomfortable. The cushions are shot. Between that and the one chair, you can only sit 3 people in the living room. There are no end tables or lamps in the living room as well. There are no bedside table lamps in the bedrooms, either. All the lights in the apartment are overhead. I bought a small nightlight so my wife could read in bed in the evening. The kitchen is large, but minimally equipped. You really can't do much other than heat up food. Closet space and shelves or drawers for clothing is minimal. It was just me and my wife, so we used the twin beds in the other bedroom to lay our clothes on. If you are more than 2 people, you will have to live out of your suitcase mostly. Other things missing that I think should be in the apartment are a full length mirror, iron and ironing board. If you are two people using the apartment as a large hotel room and staying less than a week, you will be fine, If you are more than two people, staying for more than a week, and/or want to "live" in the apartment, its shortcomings will become increasingly noticeable.

Absolutely terrific. Ultra clean, great shower pressure with all the hot water you could want. Beautiful room, public salon with a gorgeous view, and amazing courtyard with perfectly maintained live plants. Chocolate left in the room for us upon arrival. Great owners. Amazing value. Just perfect. Nice breakfast included in our price. The has to be best place on the Camino. If you need a rest day, this is the place to do it.

We loved the location of the property. It’s a short walk to the beach, boardwalk and tapas bars and also well situated to take the local bus to Malaga. The bus stop is in front of the hotel. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was excellent and breakfast was good.

The quality of the bath towels was surprising. They ranged from worn and tired to threadbare.

The apartment was beautiful and comfortable, perfect for travelers coming in after a long day on the Camino. Raquel was very friendly and helpful, particularly in terms of dinner recommendations. Would gladly stay again!

The reception is only there from 9 a.m to 3 p.m. I arrived ant 3:30 p.m and had lots of questions/problems..including the remote for the AC was missing from the room. I called and messaged to try to contact them..no answer. I managed to open the windows to cool the place down but was a bit nervous for security reasons. The morning I left for the airport,I realized I forgot my passport in the room. I called and messaged the provided 24 hour numbers (7:30 am) and no one even answered me by message or picked up the phone. Never. Luckily I still had the code to get in the building and the studio is the one room without a key card and I had left the door unlocked so I could get my passport and make my flight. That was just pure luck as I almost upgraded my room. Although I loved the place and staff was nice, I will not stay here again because if things go wrong, there is a big chance no one will respond. Also, they have a process where they have you pay a deposit with a link outside of Booking.com. This made me nervous as I have used Booking.com for years and never done this. Indeed, someone messaged me in the Booking.com message thread from this property asking me to pay via a link. I entered my card info becasue it was in the official message chat that they would WhatsApp me on the number I provided in my reservation. They did so with the link to pay. Turns out that was fraud. The property reported it and so far no unauthorized charges. I told the property they should not take payment outside of booking.com because someone knew they did and exploited and hacked them. It's a great property and great value....stay here but know your risks.

Facility is a little bit worn out. Refurbishment of the facility would be nice. Dishes were a little bit dirty. We have cleaned all dishes before the usage of it.
